"A disgrace to the beautiful game."

Introduction -

This is EA Sports' second game of terrible street football. It didn't work well at all the first time, and this round is no different. For players that haven't played the first game (you are lucky), you control a show-off all star team, with 3-a-side. You are able to pick you three players, and then pit them against another team, and all you have to do are use the same old repetitive show-off tricks and skills, and score outrageous goals, that would never go in if this were played in real life.

Gameplay -

Almost laughable. You control your players using the two analogue sticks, with the left for movement, and the right for different tricks and skills available. The buttons on the right hand side are for passing, crossing, shooting and tackling, and finally, the shoulder buttons are for different positions, players and the game breaker shot when the bar has filled up.

But, this type of football doesn't work, at all. Not on a real football pitch, and not on the streets. In fact, trying to do some of the movements and shots, as well as tackles in real life will have you in hospital bleeding, with broken bones. However, it is a game, so I won't criticise the game for this. However, you cannot score goals with your shoulders! The game will allow you to flick the ball over your opponents, put it threw their legs, pass them in all sorts of ways, but you can't get a cross into the box, and score a powerful shot into the top corner, from 20M with your shoulder. The gameplay as a whole is a joke. Nothing works particularly well, with all the focus on looking good, not playing well.

Graphics -

They are pretty good, but graphics won't save the shambles that is FIFA Street 2. The environments look clean and flashy, but the real grit of the streets isn't fully portrayed in the game. However, they still suit the game, and are one on the only good parts of it.

The players equally look good and have the right player likeness as their real life counterparts. The game's mascots are the likes of Christano Ronaldo and Ronaldinho (what a surprise), and they are given great attention and detail within the game or how they look, and how they execute their moves. However, as I said before, good looks won't save the game.

Sound -

Not much to say here. Another batch of EA's EA Trax, with some memorable and quite catchy tunes throughout the loading screens and as background in the menus. The commentary is also just as bad as it was in the first game, which is just painful to hear, and which I find amazing that any games company on the planet would even bother adding to any game, no matter how bad. Cringe worthy commentating.

Overall -

When you are out shopping and you see this game being advertised in 10 foot tall banners in shop windows, sneak into the shop and vandalise it. It is a terrible game, and a joke to the beautiful game. Don't even rent it. It gets old very quickly, and multi-player doesn't last that much longer either. But, for those of you that enjoy it, EA bought the rights to it for another eight years. Sadly, with all the sales the game gets, expect the same old rubbish year in year out by EA.
