Need for Speed Most Wanted

"A HUGE step for the series"

I was a big fan of the Underground series, or the Need for Speed series in general. When I got this game, I was pleased. This game was a huge step for the series, and EA did a really, nice job on this game.

GAME PLAY: 10/10
The first thing that I'd like to point out about the game play, is the return of police chases! What would Need for Speed be without police chases!? Getting chased by police, knockin' into them and blowin' them up, it's all pure fun! You could easily sit and just try to outrun police, and be entertained easily. The police chases are awesome, enough said.

The racing, oh boy. It's a NFS game, come on, of course the racing is good! There are a lot of different tracks to race on, between swirvy tracks or tracks with a lot of straights on them to gain top speed! Rivals and enemies will put up a good race, which makes it much more challenging and gives a huge relief at the end of the race when you win! The game play is pure awesome, and I give it a perfect score.

GRAPHICS: 9/10
It's Xbox, Xbox has a lot of games with good graphics, and this is one of them! The cars look great, and they look even better after you customize them. There are so many different paint jobs and graphics you could place on your car, and they all look good. The race environments look cool, and are way different from Underground 2, since now you race more in the day then at night. I give the graphics a 9/10

CONTROLS: 10/10
There really isn't much to say about the controls. They are not that difficult, and they are the same as most other racing games. There are no faults in them, and will let you experience a great sense of game play. Though a good thing to mention, is the speed breaker. It's basically a slow-mo type feature, and is greatly used to make sharp turns, and break police baricades. I give the controls a perfect score.

Well I'll keep this review basic, short and sweet. This is a great game. This is a must-have if you're a big fan of the NFS series.
