"Better than Spider-man 3"

I realy loved this game. It was so awsome because of the free roam feature of Manhatten. Only thing more would be The Ultimate Spider-man which includes Queens New York. The missions on this are so hard. Once you figure the mission out it is much asier the next time. The last mission is the hardest one. I won't spoil it for you. What I won't try to do in this game is compare it to other games. I'll try, but that might be hard.

Gameplay 10/10: Very great gameplay. The controls are fantastic. Fighting normal pople and villians couldn't be funner. Plus, along with seeing crimes happening and jumping in, you can ask people in distress what is wrong and then go and help. If you don't do the mission that they say, there may be repercusions about you. Free roam is always great in a game like this. Not only can you go all over the island, but also The Statue of Liberty and Ellise Island. I won't tell you how to get there because that would spoil the fun. Upgrades are availible for purchase with your hero points. They can include cool moves and such, that make you look stylish. When you go out in the street, a car will honk at you. It is so detailed that the lights switch and walk signals turn to.

Controls 10/10: Controls are everything that they should be. What I love about this game is the spider reflexes button. DO NOT CONFUSE WITH SPIDER SENSES. Spider reflexes is when you can see everything in slow motion for a short time. In this mode your faster then the bad guys. Remember what I said about hero points, upgrades, and being stylish. When you get the hero points by doing missions, you go to the spidey store and get them. There are many layed all over New York. When you get certian upgrades you can use them to look stylish and that re-fills your spider reflexes bar.

Graphics 7/10: This could be better. But it doesn't matter because the game is so much fun and you don't pay any attention to that. Only thing that grinds on my nerves is the fat that when ever you talk to someone, they talk and you can't see there mouth move. All the citizens look the same. I mean that they have differnent onces but they always repeat. I love the realism of the lights and all. It also changes from day to night. The water looks good too and if you fall in it he will say some cocky statement and crawl out. The Empire State Building is good but lacks what it looks like in real life. If you jump the building you pass out unlike Spider-man 3.

Sound 10/10: The sound of you punching has the classic cartoon sound which I enjoy. Falling from a building and such is great. The web sounds just like the movie. Not much to say here. Flawless sound.

Replay Value 1/10: The only way to replay is to start a new player name. There is no need because there is so much to do.

Buy or Rent: BUY! Don't even mess with renting with this game.

Final score: 9/10
