Dead or Alive 3

"Talk about Dazzling, but no real 1 Player game"

Dead or Alive 3 for the X-Box is simply dazzling in graphics, and multi player aspects, but lacks a good 1 Player Mode.

Graphics-
The graphics are amazing, enough to make you drool. If you don't drool at the graphics the girls in action will. Intricate details on the levels are amazing. The X-Box proved to be true to its word that its graphics would be great. This shows it.

Levels-
The levels are large and most have an extra area within them. The graphics make the levels better. A limited amount of levels though, but as I said before the levels are larger than they seem. You can push your opponent off a building or out a window to reveal a whole new section of the level.

Moves-
There are many moves from high kicks, to spin kicks, to button smashing combos that will make your game tougher but more fun to accomplish.

1 Player Game-
Not that great I must say. Too simple. You fight very few people, usually a maximum of five before getting to your final opponent. The battles also aren't difficult.

Multi player-
This is where the game comes together. Playing on teams with up to four friends is fun and entertaining. You fight and fight and you won't get enough of it. One of the best multi player games out today in the fighting genre.

Other Games-
There are Exercise modes for each character to practice your moves and other skills. Although that isn't very exciting it can help. Also with team battles you can play for a good hour or so before you can put down the controller.

Extras-
With only one secret character I have been able to access so far, the extras aren't that special. Alternative costumes for the characters are a challenge to get but they won't make you play for hours and hours more. This game lacks the extra's.

Characters-
Very intricate detail of how the characters move and what the are wearing. There are a lot of characters to choose from which is great. Each character has a different style of fighting, like Karate or Boxing, plus many many more. They have all of the characters statistics listed when you select them at the character select screen, like height, weight, age, etc. The character's are superb in this game.

Synopsis-
Overall this game is almost perfect. Play it with friends and it will be a sure hit. A recommended game if you like multi player games. If the one player mode were a little longer and more challenging I would enjoy this game much more.
