This is the first Xbox game I ever played, and to be shocked that a so-called ''awesome'' system gave cartoony graphics that resemble, um...TV cartoons. The game is pretty fun at first, but it tends to annoy you with the different challenges, and cheap opponent AL. Sure this seems like a fun game for kiddies, but when they play it, they'll end up saying, ''Mammy! Daddy! What does thish says?''
GAME OVER...Exactly, and Cel Damage will damage your brain cells.

Controls: 8/10
This may the best factor in the game! This game however, is better than other car combat games like Vigilante 8, Twisted Metal (not TMB, that's the best Car Combat game ever!), Rogue Trip, etc. in the control factor. This game however, is the fastest car combat game i've played. The controls are fine, turning and accelerating isn't so bad. The weapons are cheap though, and there are some close-range weapons that usually are hard to hit your enemy with and you'll most likely be wasted by the time you get to one of your enemies.

Graphics: 5/10
It's okay, at least the texture is smooth, and since it's a cartoon....well? What do you think? No jagged edges (although you see them rarely in this generation, it'd disappointing if you sae a jagged line in a next-gen system.)! Xbox's graphical power has not been seen yet with this game.

Music: 2/10
Umm....I'd rather listen to my sister sing a barney song.

Sound FX: 5/10
The cartoony sounds are I can say, okay at least. The explosions isn't really bad. But the special weapons have a friggin' annoyin' sound! Though, the sounds of the vehicles simply sound like, fast tanks, I can say. The sounds are alright, with just a few major flaws.

Overall Gameplay: 6/10
It's okay, pretty much fun at first, but gets really annoying. The multi-player screen is very fast and you can barely expect slowdowns. Cel Damage is incredibly, fast, it's like adrenaline speed. But it being too fast isn't all that good, opponent AI is very cheap and they get you fast! It takes Car Combat games into a whole new dimension, with wacky characters, cartoony graphics, and close range weapons. It will most likely be bought by parents to younger children, and most older people (unless your mama says, ''You're too big for this game!''). If you are a Car Combat junkie, you might want this, but it's not fully car combat, with all the various kind of game, otherwise pass it up.

Sure, it's up to you, but I don't really recommend it to anyone (my sis sure had lots of fun, lol).
