"Great game! better then I thought."

First off, I've never done a review before. this will be my first. I hope I did ok.

There are a total of 25 each, light and dark.

It's a all out action game!! with some Role playing

when you first start the game, they this really cool CG opening of the options then I tried to change the controller options but it wouldn't let me..:( Thats ok though the controls are fine. I do have some problems with the controls, but more of that later. I heard so much about you can pick Light and Dark missions, but you can only start the Light mission at the start of the game. I didn't want to start a light mission I wanted to be EVIL! anyways..

The beginning is told by this women, I have no idea who she is yet? But the game starts out where you have to break out of prison and everything though out the first level is falling around you in real time, it's sooo cool!!

GRAPHICS

The graphics are really good, but I do have a little problem with the frame rate, I do mean a little. it doesn't effect gameplay at all though. It's really smooth at times, but does jitter at times. The falling of walls looks soo awesome!!! I've never seen walls falling in such beauty before on a home system.

GAMEPLAY

This game is a lot like Max Payne, but with swords. The gameplay is like max, but very different. Get gold upgrade your weapons, you know, better sword, better armor you know the deal. This was the one thing I didn't like because you you couldn't change the controls, I hate the jumping. You have to click the Right stick to jump which can be anoying at times. I would like to make the controls I want and use a different button. Oh well, you can't have everything. the First person mode is good for shooting arrows at the enemy,but when you get in a cornor or a tight area it can go in and out of first person and back to 3rd back and forth back and forth. you might get hit if your using the crossbow if the enemy gets to close. So when this happens just use your sword because the crossbow takes to long to reload. AI is good, the enemys can get that cheap hit in which I hate ,but they do put up a good fight though. The levels so far are kinda short.I did notice that they were getting a lot longer as I got farther in the game. not to worry.. this game is long. I played 7 missions in about 2 1/2 hours. so no worrys:) After your done with some levels you get new characters. you can't pick them in the beginning you gain them

I love the fact that things are always happening around you, walls falling, Barrels being thrown at you from the enemy. The jumping and the controls are the only things i don't like about the gameplay. everything else is AWESOME!!

SOUND

The sound is really good, the music sets the mood. I really like the music but I'll tell ya it gets sooo cheap in some of the battles. most of the time it's really mellow and soft, then a demon runs in the room and the cheap music kicks back in. lol I love it!!! the sound FX good but nothing I haven't heard before for other games. The clinking of the sword, people talking, explosions, demons talk this weird talk, babajhshgsghsajhsaha.. it's really funny.

Conclusion

I thought the game so far as been really cool. I read all the reviews and I like it alot more then they did. Some people might not like it because they have to be so picky about everything. but thats how ppl are:) I'm really enjoying Enclave alot!!

This game is all out WAR!!
