"TAZ Wanted, Have Fun just Fun"

Taz is definitely one of my favorite toon character. He is Ugly, Brainless and very Destructive... That's why, as soon as the game became available I buy it...

The story is as basic as the main character; Miss TAZ as been kidnapped by Yosemite Sam. This ugly cow-boy want her to be the main attraction of Taz Land à new Luna Park based on the famous Tazmanian Fury. Unfortunately Taz was captured and is now entrapped at the zoo... But no cage can stop Taz very long and he succeed to escape... His mission is very simple rescue his girlfriend while Sam try to arrest him.

TAZ WANTED is a 3D Platform game based on the graphic motor: Cell-Shading (like Jet Set Radio). Everything is in 3D but look like a Cartoon. The visual effect are not as pretty as a real 3D game but it fit perfectly with this univers. The animation is really great and smooth, and there is no clipping at all even in big outside level.

Your quest is subdivided in 4 campagne with 3 level and you'll have to fight 5 bosses. Each level is a very large closed arena, that you can visit to accomplished 8 mission (principally destruction of sign ''TAZ''). You got also some secondary mission like destruct 50% of the level, eat 100 sandwiches or find hidden Sam statue... The pleasue is to explore those crazy levels (from jungle to beach or supermarket to Building construction ward...) and find all the wacky details you can see...
Taz can grab another identity like à Snowboarder a Cow-boy according to the level. An he can ride different sort of tool like a floor-cleaning-machine...

Taz Wanted is full of funny detail an hilarious cameo... It's really fun to explore the different level, and to fight the different bosses.... You have to travel from San Francisco to Far West, fight duffy during an American Gladiator session. An defeat the mysterious boss equipped like Ripley's in Aliens...

The game isn't very difficult and You can have fun even if you're not an hardcore gamer... But to finish completly this game (find all the secret discover all the mini games... etc...) twenty hours is necsesary... We are far from a Mario 64 or a Rayman 2 but it's better than a devil may cry...

That's why I think for a fun and cartoon spirit game It deserve a 7/10. So let's buy it an have a great time....
