Star Wars: Obi-Wan

Review by newheartbreakid

"It's not as bad as everybody makes it out to be."

You know this game is marked so horribly bad. Well that's everyone else's opinion. This is my opinion. You know they told everyone everything it would feature, and everyone got hyped. But what do people do? Bad mouth it. I mean we knew everything that was coming. It was treat before anyone got it, and I believe it's a treat even know.

Graphics: 8. This was probably made out to be one of the worse things about this game. In my opinion I thinks it's one of the best. Now I am one of those people who could really care less at how graphics look in a game. I mean I am cool with it if it has really good graphics, but if it has bad ones I don't care. Some of things I'll admit could look better. Sometimes Obi-Wan looks really shiny or like clay. But all of the bad guys look superb. Some of really high quality features and others poor. The environment graphics are pretty good too. I really enjoy how well the water looks in this game. Tress can look a little blocky sometimes though.

Gameplay: 9. The only thing wrong with this(and it's not really gameplay, but it can screw with how you play) is the camera. Sometimes it's like the Blair Witch Project! But I mean other wise lightsaber controls and other force powers are as good as seeing them on one of the films.

Sound: 10. I really wouldn't change a single thing about the sound quality of this game. It possess cool lightsaber effects, and some voices are really funny to listen or dead on to the character in Episode 1. I just think you could never get tired of listening to Obi-Wan's humming of his lightsaber and the slashing a battle droid to pieces. Life is sweet indeed.

Replayibility: 8. This is I would say I very addicting video game. It's interesting to see things that didn't actually happen in Star Wars Episode 1. It's almost as if at times like a Star Wars that never took place. Kind of like Shadows of the Empire, which is in my opinion maybe the greatest Star Wars title ever. They should make a movie out of that. The only thing that kind of bites about is replayability, is that most of things you pick up don't really do much. And that aren't really any things to unlock throughout this game, which bites. But watcha gonna do?

Lasting appeal: 9. This game will probably keep you busy for quite a while. It gets pretty hard later in the game. And if you try to unlock all the medals in the game, you'll be playing all night long. I still haven't done it, and I've had it for months. But that just goes to show you that this game truly does not suck.
