"Good Not Great But Awfully Purdy"

Well this is my first review contributed to GameFaqs so I don't really know how I should start it but here goes. Hopefully this will turn out to be over 400 words but I do think it will take longer than I thought

Kabuto Chojin for the Xbox Gaming Console

Graphics: 8
The fighter models are completely amazing. The amount of detail that was put into each fighter is awesome. Hair, face, eyes, arms, and so on all have small details that make them look real. I think there is sweat to or it's just the amount of polish put onto each fighter I do not really know. With all this high praise of the graphics you may be wondering why the hell is it only 8, well the arenas. Though detailed they are just to damn small. The lack of interactivity also harms the games graphics. All of the Next Gen Fighting Games have at least some interactivity with the arena but this one seems to be left out in the cold when it comes to the levels. Pretty much the only thing that is interactive with the arena is that you can hit the walls and big whoopidy do.

Story line: 5
It took me awhile to beat the game then I got rewarded with a bunch of text that really did not make any sense. Sort of like the endings in Mortal Kombat, well at least for Scorpion. I really wanted to see a CG Movie but what will you do.

Control: 6
WTF, there is not even a lot of moves for each character and this was supposed to be a deep fighting game. I hate it that the AI opponents block a lot but at least you can get past it and not smash the controller trying to do it. Control is responsive but the lack of moves bring it down in my opinion. Like stated in the graphics, interactivity may have put a little more strategy into this game but it just a bunch of button mashing that may cause most gamers to come to mashing like mad. I had to in some levels then my arms began to hurt and that happens I guess.

Overall: 6 (Not An Average)
Just read what I said above and you will understand. Rental at least but not that much to warrant a purchase.
