Crimson Sea

"Not as good as I hoped, but very fun!"

I'd like to start out by saying I had very high hopes for this game and bought it on the 20th at the only store that had it because I was so determined to play it. Its still a very good game but not as good as I suspected.

Gameplay 7/10: Well this game isnt very long, depending on the owner really decides how long it takes you, it took me roughly 6 hours to beat. But anyways it's about a detective named Sho and you and your partner Yanquin are talked to buy a mysterious woman named Live-D who offers you a job in I.A.G. She sends you on a mission for your first task which is to go through the level defeating all the monsters in your path then retreiving a I.A.G badge then Sho and Yanquin are surrounded by Live-D and many men with guns. Sho and Yanquin are confused and suprised what do you think happens next!

Sound 8/10: The sound is pretty nice in this game, a new music for each level if i remember correctly. There really isnt much to say about the sound because there is really only one good word for it ''Outstanding.'' Is really all I would honestly say about this game's sound. Im sure it couldn't get much better than how it is now and I wouldnt ask for it to get better cause I believe its fine the way it is right now.

Graphics 10/10: The Graphics I'd have to say is the best detail about this game, the graphics are HIGHLY detailed in every way with many cinemas along the way with the best graphics I'd ever seen in a game. Even playing and with cinemas not going on the graphics are amazingly fantastic and would probably catch your eye as it did mine. I'd be quite suprised if you could find a game with better graphics than these on Crimson Sea.

Replay Value 6/10: The replay value is pretty bad in this game because there isnt much in the game really and it leaves you with a bad ending and the story isnt very well either. Not what you'd want to play over again to sustain your high expectations of your gaming needs.

Rent/Buy?: I would say this game is a definate rental. Dont make the same mistake I did and wasted 50 dollars on this game because as fun as it is its not worth it. Its a really fun game and everything is detailed like the graphics and the sound is nice but should only be rented in my opinion.
