The Game:

The future os sports has brought forth a unique and very violent new sport called blitz. Blitz is a combination of lacrosse with no sticks and rugby's full contact. Together they bring a very exciting new sport. The object is to through your discus through the opponents goal. However it's not so simple as you will be attacked, punched and kicked and thrown while trying to accomplish this. There are no rules just win.

The Graphics:

The graphics are very good. The players are all unique and there movements look very real. Each venue is different and can be beneficial to a team whose attributes are equal to the enviroment ex the amphibians are very agile in water so a venue with water would be to there advantage. There are many characters that are unlockable and for a price can be brought on your team. This game is very smooth and there is never a sign of locking up.

The Controls:

The controls are good. There are the basic attacks punch, kick and throw. There is also the defense of blocking and rolling to avoid an attack. You have a speed burst that can be used but does dwindle as you use it. You can pass your disk to a team mate you can fake a shot and pass or you can do the death throw where you hold down your throw charge up your disk and throw it at an opponent which knocks him down and takes away his energy.
You can select different options about how you want to play aggresive, defensive all out or total defense. Depending on what your situation is if you want to hold the lead or need to catch up

The Sound:

The game has taken a diverse step fron the norm. The players use very mature language. You have the option of taken off this, they taunt each other calling each other names and using very profane statements about each others ability. This makes for a very entertaining game as you could imagine actually using this type of language in a real contest. The music itself is good and has a variety of different tracks most being heavy in nature.

Gameplay:

The game plays very smooth with no lock up at all. The game itself is fast paced and is a back an forth run and gun type game. There is multiple players which definetly adds to the fun of the game. The attacks very between teams and players. A player can be strong and slow or weak and fast. You can also enhance your players with drugs for added enfurance strenth or other attributes. This game is quite addicting and provides alot of value. There are different modes available practice to tournament and multiple players.

Over all:

Ubisoft has produced a new sport game that does not follow todays sport's. it has a very entertaining adult oriented game that is very well done.

I definetly suggest buying this game if you like sports or fighting games a definite must have.
