Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Tides of War

"Not too shabby"
I have had this game for less than a day and am addicted to it. The online is a little laggy at times but you just need to find the right game that suits you. The single player is very good and it also has 4 difficulty levels so you can find one that suits you.
The live on this game is supreme and the lag is only bad if you join rooms with many players or a crappy server. You will make lots of friends online and they are all very friendly because this game isn't as intense due to the fact that you can respawn once you are dead. You can choose to be many jobs. The medic can revive dying people and give them health if needed. The lieutenant carrys extra ammo and can give that to other people. The engineer is the one that will breach walls and cut wires for dynamite. The soldier is the only one that can carry all the weapons and he is the most useless. My only beef about the online is the stupid warm up mode at the start and the fact that at the start it is tricky to tell whether or not a player is or your team or not because there are only tags above players heads when you point the trigger.
The single player has somewhat of a good storyline and has plenty of action to keep you awake. There is a shortage of ammo at some times when you need it but otherthan that it is pretty well done. The only noticable error is you cannot save in the 2 player co-op mode.
The graphics and sound are both very well done and the controls are very similar to Halo which make the game very easy to learn.
The online levels are very big and therefore hard to learn I would reccomend playing the beach level first. Make sure you get some buddy's that have a good connection so you can get them to host a massive 16 player game.
Be warned though the live portion of the game is very addictive and you will find yourself playing at almost every spare moment. This is my first review and I decided to do this game because this game has a lack of reviews andif you are like me you are wondering if you have a PS2 would this game be worth getting along with Xbox and and Xbox Live. Yes, yes it is.
