"Don't expect eye popping experiences"

I am a fan of first person shooters, so I saw this and I grabbed it with up most eagerness. However I was disappointed. I will go into that in the following sections.

Story- 3/10- The story is poor, they send you on missions and that's basically it. The only good part of the game is the landing on D-day. Other than that the game gets boring. The one plus you do get though is the fact you do tend to get a little involved at parts of the game.

Graphics- 5/10- The graphics are nothing breath taking. If you are into a game for the graphics please ignore this game. because it was copied from the Play station 2, with no extra pixels or polygons (just a bad multi-player option). When you hit an enemy soldier with a bullet you would expect blood to go flying, however there is no blood when they are shot. They stand their for about 5 seconds and then drop.

Sound- 7/10- the one plus of the game. The gun shots do sound like a real gun, and the yelling of troops for support is a good thing. The Germans often yell for help and are usually reinforced. The music however is rare, and poor. The music never comes on at the right time and if it does come on it is so boring it sounds like a lullaby.

AI- 5/10- The AI (artificial intelligence) is very stupid. They try to put their backs against the wall, but half of their body hangs out and that is a perfect shot, they stay still until you are nearly on top of them, and they have a hard time firing their weapon.

Control- 9/10 If you play a lot of halo then the controls will eliminate your way of playing, the buttons are totally different and that will kill you a lot. However, once you get into the controls, they become second nature. You will not find yourself hesitating or any such thing.

Overall- 6/10 this is an alright game, Like any game it has it's flaws and strengths. Just remember this game is not strong on graphics, and their is no blood.

Rent or buy?

I think you should rent this game to see if you like it. I do not recommend this game for purchase. It seems to be a copy of the Play station 2 version and not much else, besides the bad multi-player option.
