Gamers have been craving an online fighting game. So if we were to have one, who would make it? Who else, the greatest fighting franchise ever, Capcom! Capcom vs SNK 2 EO puts the hottest fighting characters on the planet for one of the best 2D fighters in history. Street Fighter, Dark Stalkers, King Of the Fighters, Samurai Showdown, and much more are here, and their all yours!

Graphics

A mixed package really. Sure the environments are beautiful with a mixture of 2D/3D blends with nice backdrop effects on some occasions. The fire balls, waves, shields, blasts, and everything else that shoots from your body is nice, bright, and pretty. On to the character sprites. Well, they are the same. Yes, these decade old sprites are still here. Yes some have been re-done and work fine with the game, some are beautiful, and others are just ugly. So the graphics vary to your fitting.

Sound

Come on, you know what to expect. If you've played any famous fighting game within the last 10 years you will recognize the same chants and yells the fighters have been using since the beginning. I cant complain, they are still great. The levels have some very catchy tunes, especially London. The sound and music keep the game smoothly going.

Gameplay

The heart and soul to all 2D fighters. Almost no moves have changed. If you know how to do them, you'll still know how to do them. All the combos, supers, styles, grooves and speeds are all here. You've got single player, vs, training, survivor, arcade, color change, and online mode. In XBOX LIVE online play, it can come from fantastic to really bad. If you have a good connection you'll just love it. Their is a challenge from every corner in which you will enjoy to the fullest. If your lucky, you can even score a few wins and some advice from your friends online. A great way for anyone to improve on. If you have a slow or ''iffy'' connection, you are going to hate it. The lag can be so bad on this game if your connection is terrible. It could take 5 minutes to do a 99 second match. If you have no XBL problems, your in good hands.

Overall

This is a great fighting game with or without XBOX LIVE. If you loved ant Capcom or SNK fighter then this is for you. I had a blast with this game, and the online mode keeps the re-play value at an all time high. My score is the way it is because my online problems were a minimal. However, if you dont have online or have massive problems with it, then it deserves a 7. But, under the circumstances, this game definitely deserves a 9 out of 10. Keep rock'n baby.
