Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee

"Abe's back and Ready To PLAY!!!"

Oddworld has always been a puzzle game, where there are many strategies, and hard puzzles, well this game is no exception. The first 2 games have starred Abe: a muddokon who was a slave. Later he found out that his species were going to be slaughtered and eaten by the Glukons. Abe finds out that he must free his species from them, and he does. Now Abe must save some of his friends and runs into Munch, who is the last of his species. They must save their kind as well. How by getting the Glukon bosses to donate some Benjamin's to Lulu's fund. Lulu is a reject Glukon who is so poor its not funny, seriously he is.

Graphics 10/10

The graphic changes in this game are superb, you now live in a 3D world,(no more side scrolling.) The animals look fierce, and ferocious, and Abe and Munch both look great, and like the unlikely heroes they are.

Gameplay 10/10

The gameplay is the same principle, but with different controls the Xbox controller was made for this game. You work as Abe, and Munch. Switching between them is as simple as a button, which you will be doing alot to get passed its many puzzles. If one of them die then look for the blue egg, and they are back, and ready for action. But be warned these are rarer as you get farther, so don't do anything to stupid ok.

Sound 10/10

The sound is very good, it sound like the Loony Tunes in my opinion, the funny sounds make this game a delight to play. The cutscenes remind me of any 3D cartoon, they are just incredible looking, but what else has anyone come to expect from an Oddworld game?

The question that can kill some games but I'm gonna have to say buy. Why you may ask? Well this game is a revolutionary game, that is really quite lengthy, you can get passed it in a week if you try, but you will want to play it again and again and...

Extras 10/10
When you see this game your like bummer I wonder what happened in the other 2 games. Well in the options you can find the videos and see all the cutscenes which reveal the first 2 plot. Like a memory vault if you will. This is a perfect opportunity for fanboys like me, to take a trip down memory lane.

Replay Ablilties 10/10

There are many ways too do many different things in the game. Plus there is a good ending, and a bad one. Now I won't tell you either, but high karma is a good endiing. Low Karma is a bad one. Karma is a system based on what type of hero you are. If you are the one who doesn't leave unless everyone is rescued you will get a High Karma if you stick to your strings. If you are a hero who thinks they can rescue themselves then you will probably get a low one. Remember you sometimes have to RESCUE some to get past, but alot of them are optional.

This game is overall the best of the series yet, everything is improved in some way. So its overall score is a 10/10. Be sure to buy this game PEACE OUT!
