Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix

"Possibly The Worst DDR Game EVAR"
I opened up my package in hopes of an X-Box Version of Max2. What I got was a Hawaiian Piece of Sweet. The songs have incorrect steps and lyrics. Candy heart is really Candy Unlimmited. The remixes are horrible such as Insertion Machine Gun Kelly Remix and Bacon Lettuce Tomato version of Sana. For all I care this game can be thrown into some remote location as far from any X-box as possible... The only good thing out of that game is the fact that is features Colors for Extreme... That's all I have to say about this game.
The Ratings are as Follows
Graphics 7/10
The Cel Shaded characters looked nice, but was a downfall from 5th Mix when losing the ability to chose. I miss robo... The framerate isn't as good as my stepmania on my computer on which i can read Max300 on 3x and i can't on Ultramix.
Sound 6/10
Poorly mixed between songs and the announcers are loud to the point that you can hardly hear the Music. Shame on you Konami of Hawaii. Also the sound effects after each song is completed are exremely loud and scare my dog.
Conrtols 6/10
The pad included in the package is 34875643985763495x better than the old PS1 pads that sold with Konamix and Max, but when using the Controller you begin to notice that it wasn't designed for playing DDR, unlike the PS2 controller which is even and flat. The availability for a wireless pad is a good idea for those caught in wires, but i just like any other true DDR fan would highly prefer a metal pad for us X-Box owners without PS2s.
Gameplay 3/10
Takes away all the fun from the arcade. After unlocking all the songs except Colors (which only took an hour) I put the controller down and hooked my cobalt flux up to my computer and played colors and said to myself, ''I'm never playing that worthless American game.
My advice to Konami. Send Ultramix back to Japan and see if Konami of Japan can help heal any of the damage done to this dedicated DDR fan after seeing the most poorly made version of DDR to hit anywhere, ever... I hope someone reads this and doesn't buy this game. It's not worth it. Save your money up so you can buy a PS2, mod it and buy DDR Extreme which is by far the best home version of DDr ever released. Thank you for your time.
