Counter-Strike

"A review for those people who dont have xbox live available!"

Well, I went to best buy and got it for 40 bucks with a coupon went home popped it in and had loads of fun but there were a few things that disappointed me. First of all, there are barely any hostage maps on this game. I don't have xbox live however I'm sure those lucky people will evnetually be able to download the missing maps from the pc version. Although overall this game is absolutely amazing!

Most people give this game a poor rating, however I've noticed some things lately that boosted up the score and changed my thoughts. Okay the skins aren't that great looking and neither are the guns but hey it beats the pc version and plus...the lighting is great in this game. The producers managed to make the shadows and lighting perfect. The looks of an explosion from an he grenade are great too.

I'd give this maybe a 7.5/10

I definitely give this a great score! The guns being sprayed at your victim and you can even notice the quality put into the bullet hitting the enemy. The only complaint is the ak. For some reason it seems like the loudness of the ak is toned down a lot and sounds kind of wimpy. Other then that though I love the sounds!

Storyline

I won't grade this part of my review because anybody who has played counter-strike knows there is no storyline! Just plain simple fun so I won't bring the score for this great game due to this. Remember this is counter-strike...not condition zero, rainbow 6 or anything else like that!

Replay Value

This is the best part of the game. Sometimes you won't stop and can't stop playing because your owning every bot on the map while other times you're trying to get sweet old revenge on that bot named Chad(he always kills me lol!)
But I guess what I'm saying is there is a game could turn out any way. Also, the bots are the smartest bots I've ever seen on any game. Trust me put it on expert and I can gurantee you that you won't find your name in 1st until atleast 2 weeks of owning it(unless you're a weirdo who plays it 24/7 then ok)but this is the best part of the game!

Deserves a 10/10 no doubt!

It will take quite a while to get bored of this game due to the variety of turn outs when playing. The only complaint is the lack of hostage maps but you'll still have a blast!
