FIFA Soccer 2004

"Wow! Great game, great gameplay, great graphics!"

When I bought this game I thought it was going to be like any other Soccer game and I would soon return it to the store.... boy was I wrong! When I got one I played this game and my jaw dropped! It was amazing, and here's why:

Gameplay 10/10
Outstanding! I was very pleased with the gameplay! When you first get to the main menu you get to pick which league you want to play (there are many.) Then you get to pick the team you want to be if you pick to play right away. If you want to start a career you go to game modes and click it. From there you get to pick which team you want to play as! It is amazing!
You can also in Career mode pick which league your in, which team in the league your in, and also which players you can trade in trade mode! You can also train each person to become stringer, and more skilled at certain techniques (shooting, passing, heading ect.)

Graphics 9/10
Where do I start? These graphics were top-of-the-line! When your playing the graphics kick into action. It almost looks like it's really on T.V! There was the names on the back of each player's jerseys you could read (not kidding,) there was the goal posts that were heavily detailed, and there was the field itself, hat was outstanding! The only problem with the graphics was when you got up close (under replay) there races looked a little blurry, but other than that, the graphics were good.

Controls 7/10
The controls were a little weird at first, so it took me a while to get used to them, and I would be pausing the game to check the manual how to do some stuff. The controls were weird, but after a while when you know where everything is and the controls, they were no problem.

Sound 10/10
The sound was outstanding! IT sounded just like watching it on the T.V., of even being there! You heard the crowd cheer when you scored, the crowd boo when the referee did not call a penalty, and you heard the playing breathing after sprinting down the field! Wow, the sound was good!

Replay value 10/10
This game never gets boring. It is addictive! You can play it over and over again and it won't bore you!

Buy. It is about fifty dollars, but it's worth it. So get the game. NOW!
