"Don't Let the Cheap Price Fool You!"

-Story-
Beyond Good & Evil is set in a futuristic world in which wars are being waged between alien invaders and the inhabitants of a beautiful, geographically diverse planet. You play as Jade, a courageous girl whose goal is to discover the conspiracy that surrounds the large group of hostile alien invaders, the DomZ. Accompanied by her uncle (who is a pig) and a military commander type guy, Jade must voyage around the planet in search of answers, especially to the problem of ascertaining who the good and bad guys are.
-Graphics-
The graphics are truly captivating; they take you away from your living room and place you into a fantastic world that you won't want to leave for hours.
-Gameplay-
Since the story is one of true depth, BGE keeps the player's interest from beginning to end. The controls are easy to learn, and you'll be sneaking, jumping, and punching before you know it.
-Controls-
The controls are extremely easy to learn.
-Odds & Ends-
Manning both the boat and airship that Jade can take control of add to the overall depth of the game. Looking around from the boat is truly enjoyable, and speeding through the town in the spaceship is even more fun. The dungeons are deep, and Zelda-esque. This is definitely a game worthy of an addition to one's XBox library, and a cheap buy at that ($20). But, don't let the price fool you; this game is a close runner-up to the ever classic Zelda 64 game in terms of adventure and story elements.
-Disappointments-
The stealth mode can be quite nerve-racking and annoying at times. If you're the type of gamer that likes to jump right into the action and bash the enemies with your weapons, then this game is probably not for you. Although I'm not that kind of gamer, I quickly got used to the stealth modes, and truly enjoyed the game.
-Closing-
The game is so profound that you could sit in front of the TV for hours on end, just exploring towns and other settings. Truly an amazing game, produced with the utmost precision and care. There will be points throughout the course of the game that you may need to refer to a walkthrough. The game is tricky in some respects and may be frustrating at times. However, for the most part, Beyond Good and Evil is one of the best games I've played in a long, long time. Beautiful graphics, easy controls, enthralling story...what more could you want? Maybe the length of the game is a little disappointing...yet, this is still an epic adventure worthy of a purchase.
-Recommend-
I would definitely recommend Beyond Good and Evil.
