Hitman: Contracts

"Another great installment"

Introduction: I picked up this game when it first came out. Having loved Hitman 2: Silent Assasin I decided to pick this one up. I immediatly started playing, and form that point on couldn't put. This game has pretty much everything a action gamer would want from a variety of firearms, to down rigth nasty melee weapons. This also explains the first Hitman game Codename 47 pretty well making me want to go back and play Silent Assasin.This game in my opinion is great and deffinetly worth a look.

Story Line 8.5/10: This game to me seemed to have a decent storyline. Having not played Hitman: Codename 47 I liked how they remade some of the levels with new weapons and better explanation. Although somtimes the story does get repetitive, there always somthing keeping you on your edge of you seat, and urning for more.

Controls 10/10: The Control in Contracts are simple. After playing through the training level you are pretty much ready to go out into the world of Hitman and start using you new found skills. It has many different control settings to fit the style your most comofortable with( I beat the game with all three types of controls). The controls are deffinetly somthing you do not have to worry about it Hitman.

Graphics 6/10: I think everybody will agree with me here, the grpahics are mediocre and somewhat dissapoiting in Xbox standards. Dont let this turn you away from the game because it has much more to offer. Overall thought the graphics are pretty well done, and the scenery is just grand!

Replay Value 7.5/10: Although the 3 levels of difficulty this game doesnt have much to offer in replay value. Besides going back and beating every level in Silent Assasin the game pretty much ends when the credit role. Dont get me wrong though I loved playing this game over again and have now beat it 3 times and plan to go on my fourth. While there arnt a bunch of goodies to unlock, you will have fun playing it over again.

Overall: Overall this game is probably one of the best Ive played. As I said earliet I loved it sense I picked it up this game has alot of great apects to it, one of the ones that I most enjoyed was the newly enhanced FPS modes. YOU CAN NOW SEE YOUR GUN! Besides graphics this game has one minor downfall. Its short, and Hitman 2 players might be slighty dissapointed, but i was able to get past this and realize what a great game it is so in the end I woudl give this game a 9/10
