Dynasty Warriors 3

"A fun game with multiplayer, thats it."

If you like KOEY then you will like this action strategy game they have released. Taking the role of 9 doughty warriors, choose one and start your escapade. You take place in China, and you are fighting in wars around 200 B.C. Your main enemy can be you because you can take sides of both the “good guys” and also the “bad guys.” There are around 20 missions taking place, where each one can take you up to about 20-30 minutes. A basic overview of this games intentions, something each gamer should at least try.

Game Play 8
Like I said earlier there are 9 different characters you can start out with. Each character is an officer which if you cant tell it means there stronger then any of the beginning body guards. When defeating other officers you can get items that will help you up your status to help you in later missions. You're really free to roam in each level to destroy the enemy placed throughout the mission. There is a special feature with each character called a musou bar, and with this when you fill it all the way up you can unleash a short but deadly combo attack and basically ruin everything around you. Basically run around and get your stats up to fight a very hard officer. I'll give you a hint his initials are LB.

Graphics 6
There isn't too much detail put into the surroundings. A lot of the time it is foggy so you can't see too far ahead of your vision. The characters seem kind of stiff when you run around with them, they move around more when you get into a battle with an enemy. When the characters use there musou bar they get your attention with glint graphics. Other then the characters the only other thing is the surroundings that isn't nothing too great so I wont continue on with those.

Story 3
Not much of a story, you run around and get in battles and defeat officers. Then you get some experience, then running around some more. So basically there isn't much to the story its all game play and that's all that matters.

Sound 3
Quite possibly the worst aspect of this game, one reason is because if these people are suppose to be Chinese then these are the worst voice actors in the world. It seems like they got 12 year old kids and kicked them in the stomach and told them to talk in the best accent possible. The music isn't much to talk about either it's to dull to show any interest. Nothing can prepare you for the suck in this games sound.

This game is something that you want to play on your spare time or with a group of friends. So I wouldn't suggest to go out and buy this, I would say you go to a friends and borrow it or play it there. It's not worth your money unless it's like 15 dollars. It also depends on how much you like these games, I am fond of them, and this game just doesn't show much excitement unless you fight a boss or something of that nature. So in a nutshell don't blow your money on this, go buy you a CD or something. Don't tell your friends I said this isn't a good game….shhhhhhhh.
