Review by SpiderManHero

"Everybody, don't run from this game!"

Minority Report is a classic issue of movie merchandise. Now, there is always a 50-50 shot of movie tie-ins to be good or bad. This is on the good side of the fence, and it isn't half-bad of a game. Let's begin, shall we?

Graphics-
6/10

The graphics aren't great by any standards, but are not entirely bad, though. There are some really good detailing in some spots. For example, if you throw an officer through a window, all of the glass shatters into to tiny pieces, and when you see some of the vehicles(which, I might add, you can't use), they are pretty good. The rest is kind of...blah.

Gameplay-
8/10

There is some fun to be had in this game, especially if you are a cheater. MR is a beat-em up game from Activision(people that made The Hulk, Spider-Man, etc.). So if you have played those games and enjoyed them, you will indeed like this. You basically just destroy everything in your path(that means beating up lots of officers, destroying robots, etc.). Another cool thing: ragdoll physics! I love the game for this part alone. You can throw people off of ledges and see them flop to the ground(" Help, I'm FALLLLLINGGG!"). Which brings us to the voice acting.

Voice Acting-
6/10

There isn't anything much here, but if you are a video game fan, you will notice some famous voice actors including Quentin Flynn(he had voices in FFX and Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.), and Clancy Brown(he has been in games like Run Like Hell, Superman: Shadow of Apokolips, and Jak II.) If you are familiar with these two, you can expect how the acting is(for the most part...ok.)

Storyline-
8/10

I really enjoyed the movie's storyline, and for the most part, this is right on track w/ the movie. It does change some stuff for, I'm guessing, a more "kid friendly" audience, so don't expect to know everything that happens if you have seen the movie.

Replayability-
7/10

There are a bum-load of unlockables to attain throughout the game. You collect money found throughout the levels to buy moves, upgrade your health bar, and after certain spots in the game, you unlock Pain arenas(basically a brawl in an area.) You also unlock different costumes and cheat codes.

Controls-
7/10

For the most part, the controls are pretty good. Two buttons for attacks, a grapple button, a rotating camera, jump button, and controlment of John Anderton(your character.) You also get weapons throughout the game, and to fire them, you need to pull the right trigger and A. Overall, not a too bad control scheme.

Overall-
8/10

Minority Report isn't the greatest game by any means, but it is still a very entertaining play through the future! Besides, it is dirt cheap now, so if you like what I said about it, go buy it!
