Breakdown

"This takes first person shooters to a new level!"

Breakdown is a great example, of a good FPS. This game is simply amazing.

Gameplay: 10/10
Breakdown will keep you busy for hours. The gameplay is very smooth, with no glitches, at least none i noticed. You can adjust the difficulty if you like a challenge or not. Hard is very challenging, but a challenge makes games fun.

Controls: 10/10
The controls are great. Some of the best controls for a first person shooter i have ever seen. You use almost the whole controller, to do secret fighting combos, shoot various weapons, and drive vehicles.

Story: 10/10
The story is very good too, almost like it was taken out of a good sci-fi novel. You play as a character named, Derrick Cole, who just awoke from an coma. At first you don't know who you are, or where you are. Soon Derrick starts to gain these weird powers, he learns that he was the only survivor of a deadly experiment. As you continue to learn of your past,you realize that the world you are living isn't what it seems.
There is much more to the storyline to this, that will keep you guessing until the end!

Graphics: 10/10
With lush, 3d animations, this game puts you right into a world of science fiction. Breakdown has some of the best graphics for a game that i have ever seen. Weapons and vehicles look extremely realistic. There is a huge amount of detail on everything, even the bullet casings!
People look, and act, like real people. With real-time facial expressions, and realistic movements, this game makes you feel like you are watching a movie!

Sound: 9/10
The sound FX are very good. The guns sound very realistic. The music is very good, with a large musical score. The voice acting is also very realistic. It's not like some games where the people sound like robots, they actually sound like real people.

Replay: 8/10
This game is very fun to play, and you probably won't get bored of it. The only problem is the length. The game is extremely short, good luck making it last a week. With only about 10 hours of gameplay, it leaves you wanting more.
You will probably play it more than once, i sure did, it does have a lot of good points, that will bring you back to it.

Overall: 9/10
This game is a very good FPS. With many good points, and some bad points(which all games have), this game is very interesting and fun to play. I would recommend that you get yourself a copy, if you don't already have one. It only costs $20!
