Metal Slug 3

"Prepare to curse."

This game is great, so do not think I am insulting it in the ways I am not. Let us begin, shall we?

GRAPHICS: 8/10(very good)

Somebody who does not like colorful, imaginative, funky 2D graphics should not play games. They are fun to watch, and, sometimes, you might want to die just for the fun of watching the insane animations(maybe not, if you are going for a score). People say a 2D game can't have good graphics.... Well, they don't know crap.

GAME PLAY: 7/10 (pretty good)

GOOD GOD. The game play is insanely.... insane. The enemies are some of the most creative I have ever seen, and have crazy arsenals. The pain they can dish out is pretty damn scary, especially since it only takes one hit to kill ya'. It's very entertaining to see to un-expecting soldiers laughing ans chatting, just before you blow their brains out. They use very cool vehicles, including tanks, jets, helicopters, robots, etc.

DIFFICULTY: 10/10

Hard? Yes. Very hard? Yes. Harder then hard has ever been seen? YES. This is an extremely difficult game... extremely. The enemies are all extremely difficult themselves, but the environments that can help then do not make it much easier, either. You can drown, blow up, explode....all in one level. As my title goes, "Prepare to curse."

SOUND/AUDIO: 5/10

ugh.... UGH... The sounds and music... Well, they both suck. Big time. The sound, actually, is not half bad. But, the music... Well, all I can say to it is " >.O "

OVERALL: 8/10

I liked it, but it could have been a lot better. Let's hope for the best the next time they bring Metal Slug to our XBOX.
