This IMO is one of the greatest racers out there. It's the speed of F-Zero and the adrenaline of PGR2. I would say that it is definitely one of the greatest.

Story: N/A
This game (like most racers) does not have a story. Thus, I won't give it a score.

Gameplay: 10/10
The most important part of any racer. This is where the game really shines. With it you get several game modes which include road rage, race, time attack and crash. Race is pretty standard, get to the finish line first and you win. Time attack is the same as any other racer. Road rage is what separates this game from all the other racers out there. In this you have to get as many "takedowns" as you can without getting destroyed by the other cars. Crash is another unique aspect of this game's gameplay, here you are trying to make as much damage as you can with one crash. These are only a few of the many gamemodes that there are in this game, there are more in multiplayer and even more online. You will also find yourself with lots of cars to choose form ranging from compacts to circuit racers to garbage trucks. The only bad part is that they didn't use their real names and instead have names such as "Assasin Coupe" and "Muscle Type One." Still if you know about the cars you'll be able to tel what they are.

Sound: 7/10
I don't feel that sound is very important in a game but this game's is great. You have many songs to listen to and they're pretty good. The only problem that I found with it was the fact that there was no music in multiplayer. However, other than that the sound is great. The crash sounds are realilistic as well as many other things.

Controls: 10/10
The control scheme for this game works perfectly. Everything is easy to do and you won't find yourself losing because of the controls. I give this a 10/10.

Longevity: 8/10
This game will last you a long time. After you beat the single player mode, you'll find yourself playing with friends in multiplayer or on Xbox Live. This game is going to last you a long time. I got it a while back and am still playing it.

Overall: 9/10
This was one of the best racers I have ever played. I strongly recommend that you at least rent this game or even buy it. I hope you liked my review.
