X-Men Legends

"A fascinating experience for all fans alike"

After a long and anticipating wait,, this great game finally hit the shelves of games world wide, and the result was spectacular both in sales and gameplay it self. If you are looking for a challenge and would like to explore the history of X-men, then read on.

Sound-7/10- The sound feature of this game isnt all that great. Even tough you can hear some music, most of the sounds are very repetative and get boring really quick. But the sound also adds some intresting features, every time you use a special move, or punch someone you hear a groan or a grunt from the victim.

Gameplay-9/10- The games single best feature-gameplay. The controls are extremely easy, and in a few minutes of play, you will master this game. Each character has his/her own movies which can be used by pushing a few buttons, and switching in between characters is also extrtemely easy. Gameplay also has one flaw-boss batles. The bosses are underpowered, allowing you to easily kill them in few minutes. That takes a little of the challange out of the game. Another thing that became a pet peeve for me was the loading times. They were not that long, but you got them often.

History-10/10- This game recaps the X-men history perfectly. After you meet some of the mutants, you can look them up on the computer in the xavier mansion, giving you complete and original story about them. Everything about the characters is perfect and original capturing every detail from Rogue's southern acsent to ice mans distinct clothes. Also the game focuses on some of the less popular characters like beast, allowing you to explore his room and his huge lab in the mansion, revealing the real genius behind the beast.

Replay-9/10- For all the true fans of this game, you can easily replay this game over and over again. Each time you can focus on a different character/ team or using just one move for the whole game. The posibilites are endless.

Rent or Buy?- This is definantly a buy, its going to be money well spend.
