"The best stealth game in this generation of platforms"

Gasp in oar as Sam Fisher is back in business and ready to role in the newest sequel, Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. This has been long awaited for, a high quality stealth game which far surpasses its predecessors in every way. A rare chance to see the Microsoft console at its true potential. A gob smacking development. For those who have never played any Splinter Cells, you don't now what you are missing out on. A exquisitely revolutionary genre of tactical espionage and conspiracy theories. Just think of the diversity of secret government operations. The first Splinter Cell became legendary because of the excellent game play, graphics, sound and story. Pandora Tomorrow greatly boosted the playability, making it almost impossible to beat, but also keeping the originality from the first game. Imagine Chaos Theory in your hands, the elite stealth champion.

Game play is superbly fun with all the cool gadgets and advanced weaponry, but especially the ways to take enemies down. For example climbing and hanging from objects to kill at unexpected angles. This game is perfectly suited for people who like stealth and the ones going in with guns blazing, but the thing to watch out for is reloading, ammo is in short supply. Chaos Theory has slick motion requiring quick reactions and gut instincts, so beware do not underestimate the computer artificial intelligence, giving a amazing realistic effect. Its nearly impossible to differentiate between real life. A broad range of difficulties give any type of gamer a challenging experience. Controls are complicated and sophisticated, but quick to learn thanks to the helpful controller tutorials. Beginners will soon be piling hoards of enemy bodies in corners.

The complex story is about Japan's defection to international law by creating a information self defence force. This then causes tensions to rise against Japan, North Korea and China. Facing China and North Korea, Japan asks the United States to assist them. To help Japan, the US sends the Clarence E Walsh ( the best information and electronic ship in the world) to the region. You play as Sam Fisher, a field operative in the Third Echelon intelligence agency working for the United States government. The mission, to solve an unrelated incident which may cause the tensions spiralling out of control. How deep will the story go? Who can you trust?

Most of your attention gets sucked up by the most gorgeous visuals and lit up rooms. It is a delight to see the smooth interiors and even more extravagant outdoor locations. Every inch is beautifully textured to match the biggest expectations. Graphically there isn't such thing as overestimating its looks. The slightest considerations have been conceived, from the light changing the glowing gleam in water to detailed reflections in mirrors. Purely a graphical phenomenon for this generation of consoles. Sharp and crisp in fabulous audio, you can hear the in-depth aspects of character voices. Chaos Theory can boost you into another dimension because of its fantastic surround sound. There is now no weed for an expensive entertainment system.

It takes days to complete Splinter Cell Chaos Theory or sometimes months depending on the skill of the gamer. Endless playability is available without getting bored. Three new scenarios has been introduced, co-op, verses, and live. Verses is one thing to point out as only a maximum of four players are allowed. Playability isn't downgraded, there is just more stealth.

Buy, buy, buy, without question, a full recommendation out of ten. One certainly to go down in the records and forever to be congregated. It will be a disgrace to see people not having this game. Worth every coin in your pocket. Wow!
