Need for Speed Most Wanted

"Not much bad to say about this game"

Concept: Need for speed most wanted is a street racing game merged with need for speed hot persuit and earlier underground releases.

Story 9/10
First, in the story you start out at the bottom trying to win back your car you lose days before. You must build your own car, and use it to win races, and defeat blacklist members. There are 32 different cars to choose from with many customizable options. The bad thing is there arent as many cusomizable options as the previous need for speed undergrounds 1 and 2. But the addition of police pursuits is nothing to complain about. The more you evade them the more challenging they get in highter levels.

Not many flaws here.

Sound 8/10
Heres where you want to have your surround sound hooked-up.
The sound in this game is with in-game Dolby Digital. The sounds are detailed, and you can even hear the opponent's cars blazing behind you (hopefully). But the police voices can be a bit repeatitive, and without customizable soundtracks, you may get a bit tired of the in-game music.

Graphics 10/10
STUNNING- The graphics look absolutly beautiful... even though xbox has a slight advantage with graphics, they look great on all platforms. The cutscenes look almost real with little (no) flaws. The cars are detailed from headlight to tailight, which makes them amazingly realistic. The environment looks stunning whether you are going for a nice drive, going the speed limit (yeah right) or cruising in a Lamborghini going 190 mph. You can even get car damage when bumping into walls cars, ect... which is realistic.

Playability 7/10
This game is a little too easy for my taste, but the length of the game is what averages it out. You must unlock certain cars doing challenge series and other tasks. This game can take you anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to beat, depending on how much you play. you will find this game more and more addicting, the more you play. Even though this is a two player game, it is more satisfying with one player.

Replayability rating; moderate

Buy or rent? Buy. This game takes far too long to beat with a one week rental. But I suggest waiting a few months to buy, because this game was $49.99. I recommend this game to anybody with alot of spare time and likes racing games with a little extra.
