Lightening Never Strikes Twice (Secret Achievement) (30)	Completed the Hephaestus room in Greece without being struck by lightning.

Medium Game (25)	Complete the game on Medium difficulty (includes Easy Game achievement).
Peruvian Speed Run (30)	Complete all the Peru Time Trials.

Slayer I (30)	Defeat the T-Rex without dying (Peru).
Slayer II (30)	Defeat the Twin Centaur Bosses without dying (Greece).

Slayer IV (40)	Defeat Natla without dying (Lost Island).
Weapon Master I (10)	Collect the Magnum weapon.

Commentaries

These can be turned on while playing the level. Access them by pausing the game and going into the "Options" menu, then the "Display" menu. You'll notice floating diamonds in certain parts of the level which start developer commentaries.
