There are various enemies in Resident Evil 5, some a lot more than others.  This
Guide goes over their statistics and deals with effective tactics in the field
to ease your playthroughs.

The most difficult enemies have in-depth tactics.  Strategies for other enemies
will follow, depending for which the most questions arise.

These Majini's are arguably one of the more annoying Majini types, if only due
to their vast arsenal of equipment.  They'll often come with metal armor, and
sometimes even with riot shields.  Their weapons range from Stun Rods to 
Machine Guns, and you'll come across several Majini with Rocket Launchers as
well.

Your best bet is to come equipped with a bulletproof vest and to quickly
eliminate any close-ranged Majini's with Stun Rods.  The next step is to 
dispose of any direct threats such as Majini's equipped with Rocket Launchers.
You can then focus on the remaining Majini's that come with standard Assault
Rifles - which you can simply dispose of by taking cover and carefully aiming
for their heads.


                              Motorcycle Majini:
                              ==================

These Majini are only fought during the motorcycle chase during chapter 2-3.
Headshots will instantly kill them, but shooting the gas tank of their motor
works even better.  If you destroy the leading biker it will cause a domino
effect, destroying several bikers at once.  Be sure to keep an eye out for the
trucks (and truck drivers).  It's possible to remove the metal plating of the
driver's window by shooting it, after which you can kill the driver.

Tactics:
--------
Gatling Gun Majini. Who remembers their little brother from part 4?  I certainly
do, and I've hated them since, so I was a little aggravated to see their return
in RE5.  Fortunately, if you know how to handle them - as with most things -
they're in fact really easy.

The Big Man Majini's Backpack renders him completely invulnerable to bullets
aimed at his back, which requires you to either hit him in the legs or assault
him up front.  The latter is never a great tactic, especially not when you get
close (which you should never do unless he is heavily staggering - allowing you
to throw in a powerful melee attack). 

Instead, set up environmental ambushes (by luring him to gas cylinders), or take
fate in your own hands in the case of Chapter 6-3, and make a rush to a Gatling
Gun yourself.

Ideally you'll want to use a magnum to stagger these Big Guys, hit them with a
melee attack, and quickly back away to find some cover.  Proximity Bombs work
well, as do Grenades, but be careful when hiding: Gatling Gun Majini's can toss
a Hand Grenade in your direction just as precise as you probably can!

Cephalo's are often scripted occurances.  You can often plan things ahead by -
for example - conserving a Flash Grenade that instantly kills any exposed
parasites, including (but not limited to) Cephalo's.  An other great tactic,
which I praise for its simplicity, is to simply floor a Cephalo with your 
shotgun and blast a few more hits until its demise.

It is also possible to avoid (scripted) Cephalo's altogether by killing them
with a melee attack from behind (such as Neck Breaker).  The Stun Rod also works
wonders if you want to pull this off.  This technique applies to all mutations,
so it stop Kipepeo and Duvalia from appearing too.

Reapers are arguably one of the most dangerous creatures in Resident Evil 5.
When shot, their bodies emit a deceptive gas that deforms the area around them,
making their weak spots more difficult to hit.

By all means, please don't "blast away" against these enemies, because you'll
only make things more difficult.  Instead, wait for the weak spots (white bulbs)
to appear and aim for those.

Shoot the bulb on their chest and the Reaper will bend forwards to protect this
bulb, but at the same time exposing the bulbs on its back.  Shoot these bulbs
and repeat the process until the Reaper bends all the way to the back, full
exposing the bulb on its chest.  Stay at a fair distance and give it all you 
got - the Reaper will viciously slice in a berserked rage.

Electric Rounds and Flash Grenades can be of great assistance in exposing the
weak spots a little longer.  

It is important to not shoot the armored parts of the creature.  You'll only
engulf yourself in a nasty cloud of fuzzy gas and it will not harm Reapers one
bit.  Stick to the strategy above and you'll be fine.
