1. Introduction

==============================================
What can I say? I have been a fan of Crash Game ever since the Playstation
series was popular. After Crash Team Racing, and Crash Bash, I sorta lost
interest and got busy with Call of Duty and Halo.

One day, I decided to pick up a copy of Crash: MoM for old-times sake and
it reminded me of all the fun I had years back. It's an easy game with a
very quick learning curve. The cutscene humor of this game was certainly
updated from the gags they had on earlier games. Most features are very
similar to the original Crash game, where you have a fixed camera angle.
Unfortunately the game can be very frustrating at times, especially when you
are shooting for 100% completion. Constant back-tracking is required, but
overall the game is still fun.

I hope you enjoy Crash: Mind over Mutant, as I enjoy writing this Walkthrough.

==============================================

2. Controls (For Xbox 360)

==============================================

LS - Movement
A - Jump
X - Attack
Y - Heavy Attack
B - Jack a Mutant
RB - Save a mutant or use a mutant you have saved
RT - Block

==============================================

3. Basic Combat/Moves (available in tutorial during game play)

==============================================

Note: some terms may be different than the manual. I used simpiler terms so you
wouldn't have to hear me say "use shield breaker" every time.

Spin : rotate LS or RS
------------------------
This move is great for attacking groups of enemies. If you constantly press X,
Crash will continue to spin til he gets dizzy. Becareful, when Crash is dizzy
he is opened to enemy attacks. Later when you upgrade Crash, he will be able
to spin longer.

* Spin attack is great for hitting back projectiles.

* Hitting Y-button during a spin will create a SPIN-KICK, which has greater
range and knocks back enemies (including mutants) but does lower damage.

* Hitting A-button during a spin creates a SPIN-JUMP. Crash will jump higher.

Climb : A (next to ledge or wall)
-----------------------------------
There are a lot of ledges/walls to climb in this game, most of them have Mojos
which you can collect. Some mutants you jack can also climb ledges. Once you
are hanging on a ledge or wall, you can move along it with the Left Stick.
While hanging on a ledge, press Y button to drop down.

Dig : Pressing X Underground
------------------------------
Some areas on the ground has small holes where you can spin to get underground.
Keep pressing X to dig and collect the Mojos. Spin on a spiral to pop out.

Double Jump : A, A
--------------------
Double jumping will let Crash jump longer distance. Keep in mind, that he does
NOT jump significantly higher.

Chimney Jump : A, wait, A
---------------------------
This is similar to the Wall Climb in Smash Brothers but all you need to do is
slowly press A. Face and jump the side walls to start the Chimney Jump.

Spin-Drill : A (while in mid-air)
----------------------------------
The Spin Drill allows you to bounce on an enemy or jump pad. The damage is very
small but useful against large enemies such as Scorporilla.

Norris Roundhouse : X, X, X
-----------------------------
A combo attack great for taking out enemies and mutants.

Board Slam : X, X, Y, Y
--------------------------
A combo attack great for taking out mutants. (almost always stun the mutant)

Triple Dragon : Y, land, Y, land, Y
-------------------------------------
Though it's strong, it takes a long time, leaving you open to attacks. Don't
use it often, especially if you are surrounded.

Dodge : Press Y when Mutant attacks
-------------------------------------
When a Mutant attacks Crash, you will see a Y indicator on the bottom right,
quickly press Y do dodge it. Pressing too early or too late, and Crash will
take damage. (this is important in higher difficulties)

Counter : Press Y, Y when Mutant attacks
------------------------------------------
Just like the dodge but hit Y-button twice. Crash will counter the mutant.
Counter attacks will do a lot of damage to mutants. You can also hit Y three
times to counter with a Board Slam, which will always stun the mutant.

Mutant Special : Hold RT, and press X with mutant
--------------------------------------------------
When Crash jacks a mutant, you can use its special abilities.
Some mutant requires energy for special attack. Range mutants can aim with LS.

Mutant Power Attack : Press LT with a Mutant.
---------------------------------------------
When Crash jacks a mutant, its power attack can create a devestating force.
Some mutant uses all its energy for power attack.

==============================================

4. Basics

==============================================

Mojos - Gem-like powerups, collect them to upgrade Crash or his Mutant. Find
them on roads, walls, in plants or crates. Defeated enemies also drop Mojos.

Mojo Ratings
------------
Grey - 1 point each
Pink - 5 points each
Gold - 100 point each

Multiplier - As you continue to hit enemies, your rate of gathering Mojos gets
multiplied. Once you are hit, your multiplier goes back to 1.
20 is the Max.

Wumpa - Heals some of Crash's life. If Crash is on a mutant, collecting a wumpa
heals both.

Golden Wumpa - Hidden around the map, collect them to increase Crash's life.

Turnip - Purple fruits that gives energy to a mutant.

Crate - Attack to release Mojos, Metal crates require more hits.

TNT crates - Don't attack them or they will blow. To destroy TNT crate, touch
the crate and run, or you can shoot it. Large TNT crates will hurt more.

Spike crates - Considered an enemy, these guys would defend themselves for a
certain time. Attack them when their spikes aren't out.

Switches - Step on the red switches. Spin on yellow switches. Activate
flip-switches with TK. Activate Rolling switches with RhinoRoller.

2x Mojo - Your multiplier is now x2 for a short amoount of time. This means you
can get up to 40x!

Running shoes - Crash will move faster and hit enemies with a powerful kick
for a short amount of time.

Quad-Damage - 4x damage on your current character. If you switch mutant, you
will lose the 4x damage. Lasts for a short amount of time.

==============================================

5. Enemies

==============================================

Ratnician - Nerds that were abandoned by Cortex. Easy enemies, usually go down
in 1 hit. Use spin kick if you are being swarmed. Rats will attack by slapping
you or throwing explosives.

Ratcicle (mutant) - Savage who loves gothic arches. They look imtimidating but
are one of the easier mutants to take down. They will attack with claws, ice,
or jump attacks, all of which are easy to counter. Roundhouse or Spin attack
works against Ratcicle. Sometimes Ratcicle will block when their health is low.

Bratgirl - Nina's minions that rule Evil Public School. Funny enemies.. similar
to the Ratnician, they go down in 1 or 2 hits. Watch out for their Microphone
attack, it can stun Crash for a while. To avoid being stun use a mutant or
Spin Kick to deal with them.

Magmadon (mutant) - A burning turtle... They are slow so use Counter attack
or another mutant to beat them. They can hit twice in 1 attack. Watch out for
their spin and fire attacks. Since they have a lot of defense, then can attack
you uninterrupted.

TK (mutant) - Very annoying mutant to kill. They will shoot at far range, and
if you are close, they will use a heavy attack. When you are using a mutant to
attack, TK will use telekinetic grab, which pulls you off and disables you
for a few seconds. Try dealing them with Crash, start with a spin attack, and
get close. If they try to use a heavy attack on you, dodge it with Y.

RhinoRoller (mutant) - Though he doesnt attack often, his rolling attacks are
not dodgable. You have to move to avoid it. Watch out for their jump attack.
Best way to deal with them is using another mutant.

Doom Monkey - Servants of N. Brio. They will use a rocket attack once they are
close to you. Try hitting them quickly either with a mutant or Crash.

Spike (mutant) - Similar to Ratcicle. These guys have more health and does
more damage. Their attacks are harder to dodge, so try taking them out with
another mutant. Watch out for their spike Combo. When they are blocking,
run away, because they can attack while blocking.

Snipe (mutant)- Cat with feathers. These range mutants can be annoying at times
because they can hit you at distance and ruin your multiplier. Take them out
quickly otherwise they will hit you with their power attack, that does A LOT!
Spin attack with Crash or attack with a mutant. When you get close, Snipes
will try a heavy attack, which is easy to dodge or avoid. They block sometimes.

Sludge (mutant) - Green Sludge Monster. They have alot of life, and their
attacks have a long reach. Take them out when early or with another mutant.
When they start barfing on you, move away to avoid damage. Sludges attack often
so be ready to counter if you are using Crash.

Battler (mutant) - A Bat with razor sharp wings. Annoying mutant with a lot of
life and blocks often. They will use their combo each attack. Take them out
with a mutant, or counter with crash. Run in a circle when you see a Battler
flap its wings to avoid the power attack.

Grimly (mutant) - A blue creepy ghost. Their attacks are quick and they move
fast. Watch out when they are charging for a heavy attack, it has a very long
reach and you cannot hurt them. Take Grimlys out fast with Crash, or
another mutant.

Znu - Slavish servants of Grimly. They can attack you at a short distance
pretty quick and often. Take them out fast, or they will mess your multiplier.

Slap-E - Hand Robots that share Cortex memories. Enemies that attack with
hand-movement. They can also dodge range attacks. Slap-E aren't that hard,
they have more life that the Rats but don't attack very often.

Stench (mutant) - A Space bird with body odor problems. Their range attacks are
slower than a Snipe, so it's easier to hit back. Unlike the snipe, they block
often. When they stick their tail at you, run for cover! Their farts do a lot
of damage, and is difficult to get out.

Cannons/Turret - They are hard if you try to get close and hit them. Try using
a spin kick and hit back the projectiles.

Scorporilla/Yuktopus - See Walkthrough. (you can't pocket them)

==============================================

Mutants

==============================================

Note: Here are some of my ratings for each type of Mutants. Health display the
rating of enemy mutants. Damage relates to regular attacks, Speed relates to
movement.

Ratcicle
--------
Health - 5/10
Damage - 4/10 (fast)
Speed - 5/10
Heavy attack - 8/10
Special Attack - Freezes Sneeze: freeze water to walk on. This attack only
freezes enemies for a very short time.
Power Attack - Freezes a group of enemies for a longer time

Overall - A decent mutant, great for clearing out mobs of enemies with quick
attacks. Use Ratcicle to get past flowing water, or surfing. His jump
attack is powerful but hard to hit with.

Magmadon
--------
Health - 5.5/10
Damage - 4/10 (slow)
Speed - 2/10
Heavy attack - 3/10
Special Attack - Fire Spins: around bounching off enemies and walls
Power Attack - Stomps a path of magma

Overall - Worst mutant in the Universe. Attacks are very slow, horrible damage.
          Avoid using Magmadon whenever possible.

TK
--
Health - 3/10
Damage - 2/10
Speed - 8/10
Heavy Attack - 7/10 (area)
Special Attack - Telekinetic grab enemies or crates. Used to move blocks and
purple blocks in the wall. Also activating flip-switches.
Power - N/A

Overall - Not a great fighter, but use TK for getting power-ups. TK can also
shoot when attacking in mid-air, which is almost always useless.

RhinoRoller
-----------
Health - 7/10
Damage - 3/10 (slow/area)
Speed - 10/10
Heavy Attack - 8/10 (roll)
Special Attack - Same as Regular Attack.
Power Attack - RhinoRoller charges, and damages anything he touches

Overall - RhinoRoller is the fastest mutant. This rolling attack does a lot
of damage making him one of the most useful mutant.
When rolling against enemies, you need to be at a distance.

Spike
-----
Health - 6/10
Damage - 6/10
Speed - 5/10
Heavy Attack - 8/10
Special Attack - Attacks while blocking
Power Attack - Summons spike around the area, damaging all enemies.

Overall - Stronger than a Ratcicle. Combo with (X, X, X, Y).

Snipe
-----
Health - 4.5/10
Damage - 4-7/10 (damage is more noticable when you fully upgraded Snipe)
Speed - 9/10
Heavy Attack - 4/10
Special Attack - Aiming regular attacks
Power Attack - Dealers Hand, quick shots that is most damaging in the game.

Overall - Great for picking off bosses and mutants at a distance. Quick
movement and a great climber.

Battler
-------
Health - 6/10
Damage - 3/10
Speed - 7/10
Heavy attack - 5/10
Jump Attack - 9/10
Special - N/A
Power Attack - Creates several whirlwinds. Takes a while to charge though.

Overall- Battler's main attack are very weak but his jump attack does alot of
         damage. Battler's combo (X, Y, X) doesn't do much damage either.

Sludge
------
Health - 7/10
Damage - 6/10 (2 hits/ area)
Speed - 4/10
Heavy Attack - 5/10
Jump Attack - 8/10
Special - Sludge hides underground so he wont take damage. When you get close
to an enemy underground, press X for a strong uppercut attack.
Power Attack- Barfs on the enemies. It has short range so you are better off
              using jump attacks. (hold LT)

Overall- Not a bad mutant, strong against both small enemies and other mutants.
Use him to cross Sludge Pools.

Grimly
------
Health - 4/10
Damage - 3/10 (very fast attacks)
Speed - 4/10
Heavy Attack - 8/10 (press Y twice, once for charging)
Special - When Grimly is next to an enemy, he can move quickly with the LS.
Power Attack - Slows time. Used in crossing areas or attacking enemies.

Overall - One of the strongest mutant because of his ability to slow time and
attack fast. Using Grimly can get your multiplier up fast! Remember
          Grimlys can't block.

Stench
------
Health - 5/10
Damage - 5/10 (reloads after 4-5 shots)
Speed - 5/10
Heavy Attack - 8/10
Special - Aiming regular attacks
Power Attack - Shoots a huge cloud of fart (hold LT)

Overall - The shots are slow but bounces a couple times. Stench needs to
reload after a few shots, leaving him opened to attacks. Jack a
Stench if there are no other mutants to use.

jump across another rotating platform. Now Aku Aku summons an attacking
Ratcicle. Use dodge, (press Y) when it is about to attack, you will see a
flashing Y on the bottom right of the screen. Next counter (press Y Y) when
you see the flashing Y. Continue straight to the next area.

There is a save point here, then a Ratcicle fight ahead. You can attack it or
counter it. Once it is stunned (you will see a B on top) Jack it and sneeze
on the water ahead to freeze it. Cross the frozen water, grab the Quad-damage
and go right into a cave.

In this area, go straight left, and ride the platform down to the lower level.
The exit is locked, so freeze the water spouts, jump on it to hit a switch.
A new platform will appear. Go back to where you came in, and move toward the

can see a flowing water, go to the right of it, freeze it and jump across it to
get a health upgrade. Now go to the left side, freeze the flowing water and
break it with a heavy attack. Exit the cave.

(Hot Coco lol...), and leave her machine to cool off in the pond in the
center. Use your Ratcicle to freeze her and attack her. Repeat the entire
process and her NV will be destroyed returning her back to normal.

Congratulations you saved Coco, now she is playable in co-op.

Mission 04. Find Information on Nina

____________________________

Start by heading right of your battle with Coco. In this area climb the walls
and continue right. Break the thin wall with your Ratcicle and continue right
by swinging on the ropes. Break another thin wall and jump into the circle
stone. As you move right it will go upwards. Continue right and Chimney jump
up, turn and go left (you will see TNT crates). Turn again and jump right
above. In area with crates, you will fight several ratinician, beat them and a
wumpa fruit appears. Continue right, drop down the water fall and you will see
a save point. Keep going, freeze the water with your Ratcicle.

Next is a battle with several ratcicle. Once beaten, several water spouts
appear, freeze them and climb it to the top. Keep going through the green area
then an ice area. There will be two switch on top of a wall climb on both
sides, hit them and follow the path to a Floating-circle maze. Follow the path
until you reach the other side. Now you are in the Ratcicle Village, talk to
the villagers and continue up, talk to the sweeping guy and the door to Forzen
Coast will open.

____________________________

Mission 05. Travel to the Ice Prison

____________________________

On your way to Ice Prison, freeze the water, and follow the path. You can climb
the ice wall to avoid some enemies. Next, freeze the flowing water and jump
across it. Watch out for TNT and spike crates on your way. Continue down the
pillars to a save point. Now get ready for another battle, I recommend you save
a power attack. In the beginning take Crash and dig the hole next to the
turnip. Pop out on the upper left to get a quad-damage power up. This should
make the battle a lot easier. Next two magmadon will pop out the ice, beat them
and grab the Wumpa fruit then ride the floating ice.

Once you float to the next level, fight the Ratcicle. Before you freeze the
water, go left and fight a Magmadon, then surf on the shallow ice with your
Ratcicle and grab the Mojos. Once you cross the water, you will fight two
bratgirls. Break the ice, then jump across to another floating ice.
Here are two paths you can take. the left has no enemies so lets take it. Surf
and jump with your ratcicle across the set of ice til you reach a bratgirl.
Fight the magmadon and continue on the floating ice to the next area.
You can avoid the flying mines, or block it.

On the next area, quickly surf the first shallow water you see to grab a golden
wumpa. If you miss it, dont worry about it, we can get it later. If you miss
both surf paths and stayed on the floating ice, you will be attack by waves of
bratgirls. If you surfed the path, fight the ratcicle, and freeze the water on
the right. Fight another ratcicle and freeze the water and surf the path til
you reach several metal crates. Wait for a floating ice to come by and jump on
it to the next area. Again, you can block or avoid the flying mines.

In the next area, there is a save point. Follow the path to a fight with
bratgirls and a Magmadon. Continue and a cannon will start shooting at you,
destroy it by hitting the shots back. Before continuing, there is a surf path
on the left, where you can grab a Crash doll. Once you reach the top, defeat
the bratgirls, and grab the key in the center. There is a wumpa fruit on the
left. Open the gate and climb the ledges. Before you reach the top, move right
while hanging on the highest ledge, you will see a ice wall. Climb up and get
another ratcicle doll. Now continue across the frozen bridge. Half way across,
move toward the screen and drop down to get another key. Climb back up and
continue left, up another ice wall to the next area.

____________________________

Mission 06. Find Information on Nina's School

____________________________

When you reach the area with the 2 switches, 4 cannons will fire at you,
destroy them with your spin-kick. Hit the switches and gates will open.
Fight off a couple more bratgirls and you will reach an ice wall you can climb
left. On the second ice wall, drop down to get another Ratcicle doll. Keep
climbing left, watch out for the falling icicle. They do A LOT of damage when
you get hit. Jump into the circular stone, keep going left. On the next wall
climb, you can jump across forward wall panels by pressing A. When you reach
the end, you will hear two bratgirls talking.

____________________________

Mission 07. Return to Ratcicle Kingdom.

____________________________

Continue through the cave, til you see two bratgirls playing "patty-cake".
Fight the bratgirls and Ratcicles. Watchout for the flowing water, freeze it so
it would stop flowing. Above the first flowing water is a switch, hit it.
Now water flows on the left side, and a switch appears, hit the switch, and
move ahead straight up to TK. To free TK, break the hand and jack him.
There is a Crash doll on top left platform, use TK's telekensis and move the
ice cube closer so you can spin jump up. Use TK on the switch on the right
platform to open the gate.

In the next area, use TK on the large icicle so it will fall and create a
platform. Move across, using TK against the cannons to destroy them. When you
reach the end, you will see several purple blocks. Use TK to bring them out and
jump up. Move right then toward the screen to a spin switch to open the gate to
a golden wumpa. Continue out the cave.

Now you are back in the area with the key in the center. Use TK to throw a TNT
crate at the ice wall, then hit the switch. Move through the cave to the next
area.

In this area, use TK on the blocks to form a path. There is a save point on the
left side. Continue forward destroying the TNT crates and Ratnician. When you
reach the top, follow the path. This time floor will sink once you step on it.
Hurry across, ignoring the enemies and TNT crates. Once you reach the
shoreline, use TK on the purple blocks and climb your way to the top. You may
need to use spin-jump on the L-shape blocks. There a Ratcicle doll on one of
the blocks near the bottom. Once you get to the top continue left, and break
the ice wall with TK's heavy attack and exit.

Now you are back at Ratcicle village. Before you go anywhere, go to the
ice-statue in the center of the town. Activate the switch with TK, and the
statue will turn. Climb on the arm of the statue with TK and jump left for a
Health Upgrade. After you got the health upgrade, jump back on the arm of the
statue, and jump on the house next to the chick-rat and funny-talking-rat.
Move toward the screen and you will see another switch. Use TK to move the ice
cube and activate it. Now go to the area with the entrance to forzen coast, and
there should be moving platform on the right up to a Crash doll.
Talk to the villagers to get the next mission.

____________________________

Mission 08. Return to Wumpa Island

____________________________

Now with TK, back track all the way back to wumpa island. After you chimney
jump up the waterfall, you will see two large sparkling blocks. Use Tk on the
block above, jump on them and grab a golden wumpa above. Continue your way back
to wumpa island, use a Ratcicle or TK to break the thin wall.

____________________________

Mission 09. Reach the Desert (also known as the wasteland)

____________________________

Go to the wooden bridge left of Crash's house and follow the path. Be sure to
save a ratcicle and a TK on your way. When you reach the giant telescope, save,
grab the wumpa and go left and up. Use TK to bring down the stack of blocks on
the pillars and continue left to the next area.

Boss Fight: Scorporilla
-----------------------

First defeat the two Magmadon. If you have a Ratcicle, use his power attack.
Grab the Quad-Damage.

Scorporilla isnt that hard, if you have a Ratcicle and quad-damage, he should
go down in a few hits. If you dont have a mutant, then there are two ways you
can beat him with Crash. 1. Jump and spin drill on him until he gets knocked
out. This can take while but it is cheap, and usually safe. 2. Use Crash to
Counter his attack. A few Counters will bring him down. Dont try attacking him
directly with Crash, Scorporilla has a long reach, and does quite a bit of
damage.

Once he is stun, jack him and start smacking the rest of the enemies. Use a
heavy attack several times, and the ground will break. Fight the magmadons, and
break the ground with another heavy attack. Go left and exit to the desert.

Mission 10. Find the RhinoRoller Village

____________________________

Continue left, smacking the enemies with your Scorporilla. Break the ground
and continue left. When you hit the bottom, continue left and a few boulders
will start rolling at you. Just block when they are about to hit. Cross the
floating platform, watch out, they begin to fall. Continue left, breaking the
thin wall, and ride the moving platform. Watch out for the boulders. When you
reach the end, go straight on the road across another series of falling
platform. Here you would see a save point and a RhinoRoller fighting a
Scorporilla. Defeat the RhinoRollers and jack him, and break the two columns.
Take a RhinoRoller and roll up to the cave above where you destroyed the
columns.

Continue left and roll down the rails. Fight the ratnician next to the
barrels. Continue across another rail to a locked gate. Move toward the screen,
watch out for spike crates. Grab the RhinoRoller doll on the left and continue
toward the screen to a rolling switch. Roll the switch to open the gate.
Before going through the gate, go left, and roll on the half-pipe up. There is
a golden wumpa on the curve in the upper left. Now head through the gate to the
next area.

Now you are on top of the area where you fought the Rollers. Continue straight
ahead to the next cave. In the next area there is a save point. To the left is
a co-op puzzle with a Crash-Doll (behind cactus). You dont need 2 players to do
this, if you are quick enough with your RhinoRoller to grab the doll.
Now continue ahead to the sand dunes.

There are 3 keys here, one ontop a dune between 2 rocks. Another one is ontop a
circular rock. And the last one at the tip of a sharp rock. Once you get all 3,
go into the caves ahead.

When you are inside, follow the path, then wall climb right with Crash and exit
the bottom-right to RhinoRoller village. Talk to the villagers next to the save
point. There is a rhino-doll above a broken cave pillar that you can climb. Now
continue left out of the cave.

Mission 11. Defeat Spikes

____________________________

Several Spikes here wants to pick a fight with you. Their attacks are a bit
hard to dodge, so you might lose some health. Using your Roller's power attack
should take one out easily. Pocket your RhinoRoller and jack a Spike. Use it to
attack other spikes. When you are low on health jack another spike, and repeat.
There is a quad-damage on the walls, two wumpa fruits (one behind some cactus)
and a turnip.

Once they are gone, continue ahead ignoring the locked door. Pocket your Roller
and wall climb to the very top. You will be back in the area where you first
fought the RhinoRollers.

Mission 12. Get to Nina's School

____________________________

Now the Rollers fixed the bridge, and you can backtrack toward the screen and
right to Ratcicle kingdom. Jump on the jump-pad to a half-pipe, there is a
Rhino-doll on top. Continue right, and break the thin walls with your roller
and exit to the top right where you came from. If you dropped down, you can get
back up by climbing the ledges with Crash.

Once you are back to the area where you fought the Scorporilla, you will be
attacked by several cannons and Magmadons. You can fight them or ignore them,
its okay if your RhinoRoller dies, there are more along the way. From the
bottom floor, climb the wall on the far right, go up and around to collect the
Crash doll. From the bottom floor again, climb the ledges to the top, ingoring
the cannons. Now exit to the right, back to Wumpa Island.

Start going to Crash's house. Before you go into the cave that leads to the
waterfall, go towards the screen. You see some water spouts but you dont need a
Ratcicle. Chimney jump to the top, jump to the left ledge, ride your roller on
the rails. At the end, roll with your roller inside the circle in wall, then
chimney jump to the top for a golden wumpa.

Once you are back at Crash's house, head to Ratcicle village. If you want there
is a Crash Doll #6 and Ratcicle doll #1 right when you leave Wumpa Island. (see
Doll section). At the top left of Ratcicle village, roll on the two switches to
open Nina's School.

In Nina school, go right past the loop, then up the 2 half-pipes, and right
again. Follow either paths to a ice-wall climb. Before the ice-wall climb,
there is a Crash doll on the bottom floor under the ice. As you climb the ice
Watch Out for falling icicles. When you see a golden mojo at the top, jump to
the ridge above ice wall, then go to the rightmost jump-pad for a Evil School
Doll. Follow the path to a very wide half-pipe. There is a golden wumpa above
the center, use your roller to get it. Go right to the School's entrance.

At the School's entrance, there is a save point and several bratgirls. Once
they're taken care of, there is a doll on top of the right crates. A Ratcicle
will spawn, beat it and jack it. Have Crash dig under the hole to the other
side of the fence and destroy the machine with your Ratcicle. This will stop
the fence from eletrocuting you. Go back out, spin on the switch and the doors
will open. Quickly climb over the fence and through the doors.

Once inside start running left with Crash, you will be chased by a spiked
pillar. Keep going ignoring the fire, TNT and Bratgirls, Once you see TK jack
him, and the spiked pillar will pass you. Now go back and hit the switch with
TK, then climb the fence (keep TK for now). Once ontop, start running left
again. When you reach a safe spot and the spiked pillar passed you, go back and
hit the switch then climb the fence. At the top, go inside the room and defeat
the waves of Bratgirls. Spin on both switches to open the gate. Go down to meet
Nina.

Her project is in the center, and the bunch of volcano projects surrounding it
will attack. Use spin attack to hit the projectiles back. The volcanoes
will fire one at a time counter-clockwise, destroy all volcanos before Nina's
Project gets destroyed. Just imagine how the Bratgirls will react to their
ruined project. :D

You will get some information from Nina, then go to the right and leave the
room. Exit the school in the right side and back-track to Wumpa Island...
again... On your way back from the school, jack a rhinoroller after the wall
climb. Before you exit to Ratcicle Village, use your Roller to roll the
half-pipe to the top left this time and get another Evil school Doll next to
the TK switch. If you still have TK, activate the switch and a platform will
come down. Ditch TK and ride it to the top. Jump left across a few platforms to
get a golden wumpa. Go down and exit Evil School.

Mission 14. Defend Wumpa

____________________________

On your way back from ratcicle village to wumpa island, you will be under
attack by more bratgirls. When you reach Crash's house, several Snipes and
Spikes will want to start a fight. Beat them and continue to the wooden bridge
left of Crash's house. When you reach the part with the Ratcicle, freeze the
water, cross it, then freeze the water on the left and cross it.

There are several snipes here. Follow the Mojo path to an area with ruins.
Climb and jump across the ruins to a new area. Now crash will fight several
Spikes. You can use your ratcicle to take them down, or jack one of their own
and fight them. Once they are finished, you get a hero key which unlocks the
door you saw earlier in the Wastelands. Lucky for us, we dont have to walk all
the way over there.
____________________________

Mission 15. Travel to the Junkyard

____________________________

Before going through the door, go back to the village and get a RhinoRoller.
If you have a snipe or ranged mutant you can go back further in the cave with
the wall climb and shoot the targets for a Rhino-Doll. Now head through the
door, follow the right path and keep heading West. In the center is a halfpipe
and a golden wumpa on the very top. Continue West. Before exiting to the
junkyard from the Wasteland, there is a doll on the upper level. To get this
doll you need to be on the top path, before entering the Junkyard.
Exit left to the junkyard.

Follow the Path, you should encounter several Doom Monkeys. On the right side
is a Junkyard doll on top of a truck. Continue and you should see a pool of
sludge with trucks in them. Jump over avoiding the large tnt crate.
Continue the path, watch out for the vacuum cleaner cannons.

In the next area, there is a wumpa and a Sludge mutant. Kill it and jack it
Then continue left. When you see the first set of TNT crates, destroy them
(dont be near when they explode!!!!) and climb up the path with the wheel for
another Junkyard doll. Continue left and you will see a large grated wheel.
Climb it to the top and go left. Jump across a set of rigid wheels, then spin
jump on to another grated wheel. Climb up and go left. You will see several
Doom Monkeys and 2 TNT crates. Blow the TNT crates up and there is a Crash doll
behind it. If you dont have a sludge mutant, there is one here, jack it and go
back to the grated wheel. There is a small opening in the ground on top next to
the wheel. Use Sludge special (RT + X) to get underneath. Continue left,
jump across the platform, watch out for the spike crates and sludge spouts.
Exit to the next area in the left.

A group of sludge mutants will attack Crash. Jump attacks works well here.
After the fight, several sludge people will appear, talk to them. Grab TK, and
spin on the switch to lower the gate. If the purple flame is still there, talk
to the 3 headed sludge several times.

then enter.

Cutscene: Super Number One

Boss - Crunch
-------------
There is a junkyard doll on the right side of the area.
The battle begins with TNT crates on conveyor belt. Use TK to lift them and hit
the cannons as they open to fire at you. Dont worry the rockets are slow, and
easy to dodge. Once all 5 cannons are destroy, Crunch will start fighting you.
There are grinders on the left and right side next to Crunch.
This part is pretty easy, use TK on Crunch and toss him to one of the grinders
on either sides.... Ouch! Watch out for his attacks, he will try to hide behind
the barriers and jump to shoot at you. After a few tosses Crunch goes down.

Jack Crunch, and fight off the doom monkeys. N. Brio is in the back behind the
glass wall. Use Crunch to break the glass and shoot at him. (RT + X)
N. Brio moves a lot which makes this battle annoying. Watch out for the waves
of doom monkeys. You can stand it one spot and just aim and shoot. When the
monkeys are close, aim toward the ground infront of you.

Once N.Brio goes down....

Mission 19. Save Uka Uka

____________________________

When you first enter you will be attacked by several battlers. They can be very
annoying. Continue straight, then right. Climb the wall and prepare for
something creepy! Grimly will now attack you. Once you beat them, use a Grimly
power (LT) to slow time, and cross the spinning platform. Be sure to have
enough energy long enough to cross. After another fight you will see a moving
boulder, slow time and cross the path after the boulder passes you, Then jump
to the ledge to the next area.

Continue left for a fight with several Znu and a Grimly. Slow time to cross the
pairs of moving teeths. Continue right to the next area.

Follow the path til you reach the edge. Wait for a falling platform then slow
time and cross. At the end there are two paths to take. If you have TK, go
right and pull the purple blocks to get a gold wumpa at the top. Go left and
exit to the next area.

In the next area, go straight, fight the enemies and there is a Grimly doll
between the two columns near the end. Go back and climb the steps. Slow time
to cross the pendulums and flipping walkways. Continue and there will be two
paths. The right has a save point and a wall climb with mojos. Go left. Behind
one of the gravestone is another Grimly doll. Slow time and cross the
spinning platforms. When you reach a wall climb, there is a Crash doll at the
very top, of the ledge (move right while hanging). Continue right and to the
next area.

This part is dark and foggy, so take it easy and slowly. Follow the mojos.
There is a wooden walkway to the left side, that leads to a Crash doll in
mid-air. Continue, watch out for the floating mine and you will reach a part
with spinning blades. Go back toward the screen on the right side for another
Grimly Doll. At the blades, slow time and jump attack across. (easier if you
stand on the left side and jump attack as the blade goes down)
Next is a battle with 2 Battlers. Continue out the area.

In the next area, there is a Co-op puzzle but you can do it yourself. Have a
grimly slow time and run across to get the Grimly doll. Continue the path,
there is a save point. Cross the spinning platform to the next area for a boss
fight.

Boss - Yuktopus
----------------
If you have a Grimly with full energy, slow time and start beating him nuts.
Becareful if he starts blowing his bag pipe, it will stun you. His attacks are
slow, just avoid it. When he is blocking quickly have your Grimly use a heavy
attack, remember to press Y twice. Once he is stun, jack him and use his heavy
attack (Y) to clear the enemies. Once the Yuktopus energy is full, use his
power move on one of the generators to destroy it. After each generator, clear
the enemies with heavy attack. When all generators are gone, Uka Uka is saved.

Mission 20. Collect Uka's bones: Uka's Vengeance

A door will open, take your Yuktopus through. Continue straight through the
Znu and you will see a large switch, Step on the switch with Yuktopus and a
gate will open. Follow the path. Behind the 4 gravestone, there is a Grimly
Doll on the right ridge. When you reach the wall climb, leave the Yuktopus
and climb down, jump across the platforms. Follow to the next area.

Now you are back in the beginning of Mt. Grimly. A group of Stench and Slap-E
will attack. Use your spin attack to clear them and switch to a grimly to take
out the Stench Mutant. Once they are gone, to the left side are teleporters.
Now you can teleport to areas without walking all the way, yey!!!!!!!

Lets first teleport to the Wasteland. Head to the Rhino Village, and it will
under attack by snipes. If you haven't already, you can jack a snipe and shoot
the targets next to the wall climb for a rhino doll. Talk to the villagers
and you will see a path on the right with two holes. Go to the upper hole
and continue along the path on top. If you fall down, you have to go back and
circle to the top again. Jack one of the Snipes.

When you reach the next area, there will be a couple more snipes and TNT
crates, ignore them and hit the switch to open the gate and enter. Here
you will fight an elite snipe. Grab out your snipe, and use the power attack
(face left) to hit, and it will die quickly. Grab the bones next to the rugs
and you will be returned back to the Mt. Grimly.

Now jack a grimly here on the left side then teleport to Wumpa Island.
Follow the path ahead and you will see a bunch of platform leading to a
creepy tree. Head toward the creepy tree, fighting Grimlys and Snipes on the
way. Jack one of the snipes if you don't have one.

Once inside, jump on to the platform next to a rolling boulder. Slow time with
your grimly and run across. There is a safe spot half way to the right. When
you reach the end, you will fight an elite Grimly. This battle should be easy
if you have a snipe, just hit him from far range. Once all the enemies are dead
grab the bone, and you will be back at the teleporters.

Save your Snipe! and teleport to the frozen coast. Ingore the enemies and hurry
to the ledges ahead (dont go right). If you wait too long, a group of Spikes
will drop down and begin attacking. Continue across the forzen bridge up the
wall climb.

Once inside, a group of Slap-E will attack as well as cannons from earlier.
Use Spin-Kick to deal with them. Hit the switches and go ahead to a wall climb.
Remember to keep your Snipe. This time, during the wall climb, watch for
winds and icicle that drops. It can take a while to get all the way across.
A new cave will appear next to two Grimlys, jack one of them. and go in.

Now slow time and cross the falling platform across the waterfall. Then cross
the thin road with the bratgirls to the other side. Fight a Magmadon Elite.
If you have your snipe, then this battle is over, hit them from far range.
Once all enemies are dead, grab the bones and you will be back at Mt. Grimly.

a new area will open on the top further down the corridor. Climb to the top and
there will be a save point.

moving and you beaten the Stenches, climb back up and go through one of the
opening below the glass. Go up and circle along the ledge, watch out for TNT
and spike crates. Jump across the platform and hit the switch. Now go back to
the circular corridor.

More enemies will be on the way. Hit the switch, climb up and teleport to face
Cortex himself.

from him, run around a circle to avoid being hit. When you reach a Grimly, jack
it. Slow time and start beating Cortex til his health goes down.

Cortex will start fighting, you, watch out for his jump attack, and keep at a
distance til you get enough energy for a second round. Remember Grimlys can't
block, so try running from his attacks while time is slowed. When Cortex is
stun, jack him and use him against the waves of enemies. Jumping with Cortex
will deal and effective area damage. After you beat the waves of enemies, a
spin switch will appear in the middle. Use Cortex's Power attack (LT) and spin

How to level stench/Magmadon/TK quickly?
---------------------------------------
I know, they suck. Play the survival games. Have Crash or a Grimly get the
multiplier high, then switch and collect the mojos with Stench/Magmadon/TK.

Can I back-track to Nina's School?
----------------------------------
Yes you can, but be sure to bring TK with you. There is a bug that traps you
inside if you dont have TK. Nothing important is inside the school anyways.

Can I level Elite Mutants?
--------------------------
Yes you can, but leveling them does not add % to your game completion or gives
acheivements. There is an Elite Ratcicle/Magmadon/Snipe/Grimly/Sludge/Spike if
you revisit parts of the map.

I can't find anymore gold Mojos.
--------------------------------
Gold Mojos don't respawn, so it is better to collect them when your multiplier
is high. Don't worry about it too much, since you can get 3000+ per minigame.
