Keep your reticle at head level if you have trouble hitting them in the head (this way you just have to worry about aiming left-right, not up-down)

Body shots are good if they're in the open. If they're running then just slow your reticle down to their speed and wait for your head-shot.

"Sweeping" seems to do well when I try it. In other words, if you're aimed left or right of them just press the joy-stick in their direction and fire when the reticle is near them. Lots of times even if you miss the shot will count.

Above all else, practice and stop having bad aim.

Aim for the body if you can't get the head, it requires an extra shot, but it's pretty much a guaranteed kill.

I suggest that if they're in the open and not moving, try getting a headshot. If they're in the open but still moving, I suggest to shoot their bodies.

Don't try to jump and shot, you will probably just waste ammo. If your target is moving, place your reticule somewhere your target will run into, and just fire it when your target goes into your reticule. It will probably damage him, if not kill him.

Try to keep your reticule steady and practice. You can do that by placing fusion coils around the map using forge and practice at shooting them with a sniper rifle.

Camp in a corner where nobody can see you, when they walk by SHOOT THEM IN THE BODY! NOT THE HEAD! Then run up and melee them to finish them off.

Odd strategy, I know; try it and if you don't like it then don't use it.
