They are on maps that have not been released. Those maps are on the Mythic Map Pack. We are not sure when they will be released either.

statusThe new maps with the skulls will be released in fall or winter of 2009 the same time halo 3 recon is released you can either buy halo 3 recon and it comes with the maps or you can download them from marketplace

I read Recon is set to be releasedin January of 09
