I tried defeating the Chopper after you talk to Bucher the first time and it never dies please give me an answer to defeat it.
You can't destroy them at this point, for now you need to avoid them. After leaving the restaurant, kill the cops, go right and follow the street. Hide under the building corner to avoid the helicopter gun fire. Use the creeping dark to kill to scout ahead and kill the two guys there. Then go down the street and turn right, into a dark alley. Go to the end and you'll see a ladder that will take you over a fence. You'll have escaped the choppers by going to the other side.
