I'm talking about the reward you get after helping the homeless guy (I think his name is Rottenburg) get his medicine. You find him in front of the gates of Trinity Cemetary. Is it significant? Does it do anything? Or is it worthless?
It doesn't do anything. It was originally part of another side quest, but that got cut, so now it's worthless.
