I want to buy oblivion but i don't know if there is any difference between normal or GOTY. Besides the price.
Well, GOTY comes with the expansion packs. I'm not sure if it comes with Shivering Isles, but I know for a fact that it comes with KoTN. So if you want little nifty places to live, or Crusader Armor, I'd buy GOTY...although you can just purchase Oblivion and download from XBL.
