"Jasper", first of all, is currently just a rumor. It's the rumored next motherboard update for the Xbox 360 console.

Apparently it's going to have a 65 nanometer GPU. The newest Xbox 360 consoles, which use the "Falcon" motherboard, have 65 nanometer CPUs, but still have the old 90 nanometer GPU.

I'm not sure where or how this rumor surfaced, but keep in mind that it is just a rumor.

Basically its like the falcon; it reduces the chance of RROD and is cheaper to produce, etc.
