either concentrate on water attacks OR fire attacks not both. water attacks do more damage, while fire attacks will prevent it from using the laser cannon after it overheats

I would have two people who can do black magic. One to use water attacks to damage it ,then use firega lvl 3 to make it overheat then keep on attacking it with water attacks.

I beat the landshark in 15 minutes doing this.

My son has tried everyones suggestions on how to defeat the land shark in Nene's fortress with no success. He has gotten "critical" message once nad then died. If anyone can give me detailed instructions on how to defeat this stupid boss I would really appreciate it.

Don't use water based attacks!!! use only fire the land shark is weak agianst water but fire attacks done around the same damage. the land shark will use a laser attack that will heat it up and using fire spells and sword attacks will cause it to over heat. when it over heats it will shut down for a few turns allowing you to heal and attack. make sure you keep your heal up or else the heat laser will KO your characters.
