Good trick to win the boss is just punch punch punch punch punch. But that won't work in any other opponent so best way is to practise.

Of all the DOA games on xbox this is the hardest one by far, DOA 3 and DOA:U were much better since they were more new player friendly and had an easy setting so you could learn countering, and throwing much easier. In DOA 4 you are punished by the AI for trying and failing a counter or throw which is why many new players just abandon trying to learn how to do either.

The final boss in DOA 4 is total and complete BS and when the game was played by more people there were many many posts on the board complaining about the AI, and the boss.

If u want to beat the final boss, use alot of combos from face to leg or leg to face, it will give u the upper hand on winning and watch out for counters, plus practice alot, practice makes perfect

....im must be a legend then....i can totaly own all fights mostly with perfects on teh hardest dificulty....or i just play it too much.... wich eva.
Best way to beat Alpha-152 is to use "power" or "running" attacks, double tap in the genral direction of the boss (also works good in any other fight) and press punch or kick depending on ur current characters best attack. Jann lee is better with kicks and Hitomi with punches for example. I can beat Alpha-152 in under 10secs with Hitomi.....

Making a correction. I beat Alpha-152 with Jann Lee in under 10 secs....
I beat Alpha-152 in Versus single mode against the comp in under 10 secs with Hitomi (yes the comp can do that. no you cant choose Alpha-152 in anymode. sux but deal with it)
