My charecters are all level 9 achevement was not unlocked. why was it not unlocked?

statusI believe you need to beat every stage with every character at lv 9 at least once.

When each character achieves level nine you must go back and beat every stage with them at level 9 or it won't unlock.

I have the same problem. I will have to try lestat's suggestion. Let me know if this works!
