I can't seem to get this guy to join me. I talked to him as much as I could (the final thing he said was that he had a way out, angels were coming for him). I tried beating him up a little and he said a few more lines but still didn't join me. I can't talk to him anymore and if I beat him up too much he just defects. I am totally stuck, please help!
After he says the last thing he can, leave the restaurant, he will have a change of heart and want to join you.
