Dead Rising

what I do is i go into the supermarket in north plaza. i stock up on a butt load of wine with two empty slots for my submachine gun and/or handgun(or a nailgun you can find in the plaza). i empty the machine gun and handgun or nailgun on cleatus. i then wait for him to reload. i run behind one of the triangular displays. I wait for him to reload again and run behind the next display. once again i wait for him to reload. i then run and jump over the counter. quickly grab whatever gun i can(usually a hunting rifle). He then throws me out and i run out of the store. i use Frank's natural right lean to my advantage. i aim at cleatus and shoot at his head/upper body. if you've already shot him some, he should die quickly. i recommend that you level up to at least level 13 before you try it. so you will have morer slots to put wine in.

I beat him by having at least 4 bottles of wine from the store close to cleatus gun shop, and get behind a display. He will shoot it, but will not hit you, because the display acts as a barrier. Now the display may break if he shoots it too much, but that takes many shots. You can also pick up the display while he reloads, and carry it towards the counter. Try and jump behind the counter and grab a shotgun. He will throw you over the counter and into the store, so you should now hide behind the display again. Take shots at him when he reloads. ( After six shots ) Also, if you run out of wine, he has some behind the counter, so you can steal some wine if you have one 1 or 2 bottles.

The easiest way is with a small chainsaw. wait till he reloads and walk up to the counter and slash. you dont need to jump over the counter or anything. Of you have trouble getting up to the counter drink a quickstep,(milk+milk in the blender)

The easiest way to kill cletus is saving the shotgun you find in the very beginning of game and once you go to the huntin shack and start the fight take the store displays and stack them next to each other and when he starts shooting hide behind them. And every six shots he reloads and thats when you can get a shot at him. it takes about ten shots with shotgun. And if you need health items he has six bottles of wine behind the counter, when he stops to reload jump behind the counter and grab as many as you can before he throws you.

The first night a bunch of psychopaths will be in the park. Kill them and take the heavy machine gun off of the back of the jeep. Firing it at Cletus will kill him in no time.

Also the second time you leave the security room, and are given a handgun by Jesse, go through paradise plaza and out into the park and run up to the north plaza door and go to the gun store. If you do this early enough he wont be there and you can grab all the guns to use on zombies or him without having to worry about getting shot by Cletus.

the best way is to go in to the park place and near the place with the roller coaster and where you fought adam the clown, go down the wall to the right and there should be a like open passage way. At the end of the passage way there will be a pink convertible , get in and go down the tunnel in front of you. when it loads take a left and follow that till you see 2 vans. get the one facing away from the wall. take the van out and go after the convicts with in. Run into the back of the jeep when the convicts get stuck and the gunner should die, kill the other convicts and take the jeep to the plaza where cletus is before you enter it though get the heavy gun off the back and go into the plaza. on the way walk along the the scaffolding and there should be juice or the the wine or what ever up there.take that and destroy all the boxes on the way to cletus gun shop and just unload on him when he is loading but also hide behind the triangle stands there

There is no food in the gunstore, if you are low on health, good luck to you. That's all I can say. Having an SMG also helps, at times

OK first get some orange juice
then get the smg located at the end of the blue rafters.
go to the gun shop
when i cutscene triggers
run outside
get behind the door DO NOT START UNLOADING YOUR SMG!!!!!!!!!
shoot at his head slowly in about 5 minutes he should be dead.
