Do enemies or bosses level up with? Like if you fight a level 10 boss at level 20 will it be scaled up to fight you equally or will you have an advantage over it?
They do not level up with you. They are all set levels and remain that way.

statusThey do not level up with you however the higher level you are the less experience you get from fighting the same enemies over and over
