Actually there are afternoon "???" gravures as well. To spell out,
Ayane, Christie, Helena, Hitomi, Leifang, Lisa and Tina have morning "???" gravures (one each).
Ayane, Kasumi, Kokoro and Leifang have afternoon "???" gravures (one each).
First, you cannot have a partner.
Every now and then, you'll see "????" pop up among your selectable destinations. I believe these are always in the morning, and that "????" will be preselected. Just select to watch the scene.
The incidence of "????" is otherwise random, and it isn't uncommon to go an entire vacation without seeing one. Just keep resting until you see it.
