Hi! for a time now in the game i have had a skilled called "stun bead flare".... but the problem is i can`t use it beacuse my "pp" and my "ex" is to low acoording to the EX-skill??? first what is PP and ex?? hand how do i raise them?.... I have boost my character a lot and still i can`t use it:(

First PP is Power Points so it is how strong the attack is to raise EX you have to either take a lot of damage in a turn or kill an enemy.
