Does the VP increase whenever or does it always stay at the same number?
VP does not increase. If the character you are using has a total of 100 VP you can restore how ever much they lose but that character will never have more then 100 VP

statusThe VP won't increase but you can get a support skill that allows your main people (atsuma, yuki, raigar & karin) to use less VP during battles. You can get the skill in Junk City for 200 speed Gems.
