^ Woops sorry havent played this game in awhile. Okay, if you have deafeted the black guy in the shi-gen area (he is in a tall building) and have gotten your driving skill to four stars. Go into the building where you deafeted the him. One there go to the elevator to activate it and bring the suv and drive into to the elevator and go up. Once out drive up all the ramps (this is a little tricky) untill you get to the spot where you would climb up the wall to get to the top of the building. Now drive off and do what I said to do in the last sentence in my last post lol. sorry about grammer I rushed.

statusYour best bet is to download the DLC "keys to the city" which is free. Go into keys of the city mode press select scroll down to the driving skill put it at four stars, then scroll down to clear all streets, and then scroll down to spawn a rap truck. Spawn the ramp truck on a highway then go back and spawn the agency SUV pick up some speed and ramp up the ramp truck you should get the acheivment. Try to do some flips.
Turning on "Keys To The City" will deactivate the Achievements, so DO NOT attempt that last answer.
Sorry, I cant help more, but I am unsure. At least I can save someone from going through the hassle that this guy brought up.
The higher, the better (because then it takes longer to land and you can get more distance). But you'll still need a running start to get enough. If i'm not mistaken, i played coop and we got the car on top of a high building. Then i got in, he picked me up and threw me up and outward. You have to land on the wheels, but i'm almost positive that a partner throwing a car with you in it works.
I guess if I'm wrong, you could just find a tall building and park a ramp truck up there with you and get a running start.
