I have beat the game twice, but without completing every single little mission. Does this matter? Also, can I actually replay the game and still keep all of my weapons? Thanks in advance.
No, the smaller-missions don't matter one bit. If you beat the game and use eagle vision in the bedroom you can go back and play older missions.
