You have to either kill 5 enemies very, very close together(time-wise), or kill 5 at once, say, with a grenade, Panzershreck, or Recoilless Rifle.

statusI think you have to shoot 5 people in a row.
i got 5 in a row and it was HARRRD but what i did was a greased lighting move followed by a super 1,2,3,4,5 shot combo dropped em like flys hope this helps.

I used the shoti 4 this manuver and it was a quick succession between the kills less than a couple of seconds
Use the shottie on easy and charge into a room ful of italians in the first level. peel em all out and there you have it just shoot em quick
