What i did was got onto the small walkway out of the water at the far side of the area when you start the match. Neither the lizards or Kraven will be able to get you here but watch out with some distance the lizards can spit on you but the a.i. makes them run up as close as possible and unable to hit you. Take out the lizards 1 at a time by jumping and pulling them towards you with your web and just combo them mid-air once they are all gone attack Kraven until more lizards show up and repeat the process.
